I had some hiccups with this company but overall I was pretty satisfied.
I called to make an appointment for an estimate to install a neo-angle shower. They had someone out to my house in 5 days. Three days if you don’t count the weekend. The technician was very knowledgeable, took precise measurements and had a quote to me within 48 hours. The price was very fair and we agreed to move forward. And then things started to unravel. I was told that the lead time from order to delivery was about 2 and a half to three weeks-and when they say this it is business days. They came to install the shower on the 28th day after the original order. No biggie, it was the guest bathroom and we weren’t in a rush. They called that morning to tell me they had broken a glass panel and would have to reorder the piece. They put a rush on it and were at my house a week later for the install. They put on the first panel fairly quickly and proceeded to the second-and then realized the door was three inches to high. In their rush to order and replace the broken glass, they gave the wrong measurements. Again, these things happen-but only to me. Haha. The third time, about eight days later, all went as planned. The doors look great and I really like their work. I think what happened to me was more of a fluke but in home remodeling you have to be prepared for these things.

Read moreOrder to replace 5 windows ($1975) placed 11/18. Materials arrived and attempted to install 12/7. Materials were ordered incorrectly (grids wrong style/color) and re-ordered. Materials arrived 1/4 and attempted to install 1/6. Materials were ordered incorrectly again (wrong sizes); only 1 of 5 windows correct. Company will send tech to install one window on Monday (1/9) and re-measure to re-order for third time. Will update this review and rating upon completion of 4th attempt. Update (1/20): Materials ordered incorrectly for third time; only 1 of 4 windows was installed. Three windows need to be reordered for 4th time. Left VM for General Manager (Tom Graham) at 1315 and requested return call to discuss how to resolve this disconnect. Overall rating reduced to 1.5 stars; will provide update. Update (2/3): Was able to make significant progress once we were able to engage Mr. Graham. Remaining three windows were finally ordered correctly and installed today. Company sent a team of three people and they completed the work in under 90 minutes. Would rate experience overall as two (2) stars; would look for other options if similar services were required...
Read moreI ordered a large mirror from this company. I was very specific on the size, color, and bevel of the mirror, in emails and phone conversations. I sent pictures of the item I was repairing that was mirrored on all four sides. I made a point of letting them know I needed a silver backed mirror several times and stressed the importance of the mirror matching the others. I opted to pick the item up rather than having it delivered. The day I went to pick it up the item was completely wrapped in brown paper. We were very careful moving it, making sure not to tap it on anything, we laid it flat on a cushioned surface with nothing else in the van. Got home unwrapped the mirror and found that they had sold us a clear backed mirror and that it had a 3 inch crack diagonally from the corner towards the middle and that the bevel was larger than what was ordered. I called the company and was basically told they would not refund my money because the mirror was damaged. So I'm out $175 for a mirror that was not only damaged but also not at all what I ordered, and the attitude I received was very...
