Delivery was fast. However what we ordered and paid for is not what the recipient received, as shown in the photos. We understand substitutions are sometimes necessary, but I paid over $100 for the arrangement shown on the website and what was delivered is not even close. I've reached out twice through their "Contract Us" with no response. I do not recommend this company and if you do choose to use them, do not order online from 3 hours away. Go in to verify you are getting what you pay for. **Edit: They did reach out after I posted this. Their "contact us" button is broken so they never got either of my messages. They did provide a small refund for the arrangement, the difference between the basic and deluxe versions of what I ordered. Lesson learned, don't order...

I ordered flowers online late on a Friday night, to be delivered the next day. I was amazed that the flowers were delivered before 10:30 the next morning! They even tried to call me, because they didn’t have all the flowers in stock that showed online - but they said they could still put together a pretty bouquet. Because I am in Alaska - 4 hours behind WV time - I was still asleep and didn’t get the message until after the flowers were made and delivered. But that didn’t matter. They had put together a beautiful bouquet and delivered it in such a timely manner. I appreciated that along with the call to let me know what they were doing instead. They deserve 5+...

I’ve depended on Designs By DJ for well over 30 years. Even since I’ve moved out of town. They listen to the need for the occasion and create a beautiful and meaningful arrangement every single time! I also like and appreciate that they use containers or baskets for the arrangements that are amazing as well and their prices are great! When I lived in town I would often times stop by to pick up a gift for someone. They even helped me pick out just the right item!
