VERY POOR Customer service! I ordered three pizza's online. To try to get you to try their thin crust pizza, they advertised a deal...large thin crust pizza with two toppings for $8.99... so I ordered one to give it a try. When I got the pizza's home, the thin crust only had one topping on one side. I called to tell them and the man said, well, you need to bring the pizza back with the receipt. I told them that I had the receipt and a picture of the pizza but that I had a group already eating the pizzas. He put his manager on and I told her the same thing and she said that I needed to bring the pizza back. I told her that that is not how they had done it in the past and She said, (IN A REALLY RUDE VOICE) "well, too bad. You have to bring the pizza back in. Do you want a remake or not?" At this point I was getting frustrated and told her that that was really bad customer service and that I wouldn't be ordering there any more and she said, "I don't care if you do or not. You want a remake, you bring the pizza back" and she started yelling at me, telling me that was their policy and to "take it or leave it".
This manager clearly needs re-trained in customer service. I don't think I have ever been talked to like this from a business manager (or employee) before.
So, I won't be going back there. I don't like their pizza's anyway but get them for my family occasionally...
Read moreI was going to eat at this Little Caesars. (Hey 60, Barboursville). When I walked in, the store was not busy. There were five or six employees standing in the kitchen and drive through. Not one person. Said "hello", welcome to Little Caesars, something to acknowledge customers were in the store. Two ladies had walked in before me, and they just stood at the counter waiting to order. No staff member said anything to them as well. We were all basically ignored. After a few minutes the drive through employee finally walked over to the women at the counter, as she rolled her eyes and acted as if she hated her job. At that point, I just left the store and went down to Papa John's, which has never disappointed me. I try to give different businesses a chance. But, I will not go to this Little Caesars again. I have given them more than one chance to act professional and produce a good product. Unfortunately, this location cannot. If I was the franchise owner, I would close the store for a few days, fire all the staff, hire an entirely new crew, and do better. Leadership often sets the positive tone for how a business runs. Apparently, the management of this store is lacking as well. Save your time, just go to Papa John's, or one of the many Italian pizza places in the...
Read moreThis place is great. It is cheap wither it's hot and ready or any other pizzas they have and that's great with two boys who can eat two pizzas by themselves. But on the other hand, I have picked up hot n ready pizzas and was sick by the next morning it took my family and i a couple of days to start feeling better to eat anything. I thought it was maybe just a one time thing but I stopped in this past Thursday and got pizzas from little Caesars and by the next morning again we all became nauseous a got diarrhea. This time it's not a fluke. My boys have been so sick to their stomachs that they have been eating just broth but are starting to eat solid foods and it's Sunday. I on the other hand have been nauseous with really bad lower intestinal tract pains with diarrhea. But I am not talking about any old pain, this pain feels like I am either having labor pains or gallbladder pains. Either one is impossible because I have had my gallbladder removed and I am not pregnant. But you get the idea what kind of pains I am talking about. I still haven't ate anything solid. I don't know what's going on with the place but I won't be going backing. I would rather pay the little extra on my pizzas to get mad while i wait than to feel like I am pooping my...
