Iāve had a membership with this business for over a year and at first I loved it because once you pay for the membership you just drive through it reads your license plate and the arm lifts and you go through and get your car washed but for the almost last Six or eight months every time I come someone has to come over take down my license plate go back to their machine put my plate in and then I have to wait for the arm to go up. You guys have to come up with a better system. Whatās the point of having a membership? If Iām still waiting in line for an attendant to come over and put my license plate number in so I can go through the Car Wash arm. I originally got the membership because my partner had the membership first and he had a sticker or decal kind of like a SunPass mini that went on his windshield. It read that and it let you go through. Can we at least bring those back or something? Maybe a better system I came through today and thereās one attendant working on a holiday weekend. Another thing you guys used to hand out wipes and an air freshener every time you came through. You donāt even do that now have to vacuum stations. Donāt even have microfibre towels and if they are there theyāre damp and has residue that stays on your car or on the inside of your car, wherever youāre wiping. The equipment at this location has not been working for almost two months. Yet I am being charged monthly. When I spoke to Katherin at customer service that I was told is in Doral she rudely let me know that thereās nothing she can do to help me when I requested a month credit due to the equipment not working for two months. My car is left full of soap and wet. I have to hand dry it and rub the soap out myself. Katherine and katie both told me it is what it is and if I dont like it go use another car wash company. It is mind boggling that management would be so condescending and rude to loyal customers. But I think I lost more money by signing on. The time I lost is crazy. The first time was fine, then the second time the machine didnāt recognize my car, I had register again, the third time I came the door opened and the washers didnāt work on my car and my car was worse than before when I came out.
