Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Florida

If i can give zero i will do it . On July 19th at 10:43 PM I stop by to get two dozen of M&M’s for my kids.. I was with them in the car. im not fan of doughnuts but I was asking my kids what flavors the want because M&M doughnuts wasn't available. The person who assist me in driver true was extremely rude, rushing where there wants any line . said to her “Hey I don't know how to order this , you don't need give me actitud .. im just a customer… she was with a very aggressive tone of voice , then she said “if you don’t like how im treating you if not my problem , you can go to another place if you like..Good night “ my older son was trying to talk to her because all my kids hear her in car ask mami what happen ? Even the person who was with me on the phone said what what the hell. I end the phone call because i fell so embarrassing and disrespectful by this guetto lady … she even told me to go to another place good night. So i called to the phone that is on the website requesting speak to a manager because as a customer i feel so disrespected in front of my kids. The lady who pick up the phone told me that she heard everything, i was like “if you hear her why you didn't do anything to stop this ? “ she did not support at all, instead she was supporting her agent .. and I said Anyway i will leave my review online. After all At the window was a suppose new lady. Who claim to be the store manager .. told me that she was not the person on the phone, the the lady who pick up the call was the same rude lady that took my kids order. and that she sent the lady home. However , manager should be hire the right candidates to this positions. Customer services is a tremendous responsibility.. if your employees give actitud to your customer you are loosing bussines, maybe im the only one leaving a review, but probably you already lost more customers that they didn't said anything and aren't coming back...

While on our way home from Miami we decided to stop by this location as we were headed home to Palm Beach County. I have to say our experience was very disappointing. Upon entering the location I was very exited about taking a picture to share with my high functioning autistic son since who loves Krispy Kreme but sadly we don't not have a location close to us. An employee overheard me say I wanted to take a picture and said to me "no pictures allowed". Now I did think he was joking at first but reiterated no, no pictures. Now I understand if I was spy and trying to steal proprietary secrets to share with the world but that was not the case. My child loves Krispy Kreme and everytime we travel, and he he sees a location, we stop; so I was so excited to share my experience with him as he is out of the state with his grandparents presently. Now not only was this the beginning of my experience but my spouse also noticed how many people were working and how inefficient the production line was. There were so many employees, the lines were long and the wait time was unnecessary considering how many people were working (so many employees back and forth but seemed like only one person was handling the register & orders). Very saddened by the whole experience as we were very much looking forward to it since we live so far from a location. I have to say I've been to several locations, have taken pictures and have never been told pictures are not allowed. Had there been signs I would have understood and had the employee said to me "ma'am pictures are not allowed for this reason"....I would have understood but he was rude about it and there was no...

Newer is not always better. So the kid at the window had no manners at all. I got home to find out that my beloved original Krispy Kreme donuts were missing something also. There is something odd about these donuts. They don’t taste like Krispy Kreme donuts and they don’t even look like Krispy Kreme donuts. Maybe they are the low fat version because they look kinda slim (literally). The hole in the middle is pretty big also. The light was on and I guess the box was warm but these just don’t have that cushiony soft, richness Krispy Kreme donuts normally have. They don’t even taste like the Krispy Kreme donuts that can be purchased at fundraisers. Even those are delish when heated. The Krispy Kreme Company needs to quality check this Krispy Kreme store - not for freshness - but for adhering to the recipe that made their donuts famous. I gave this review 3 stars because the donuts weren’t bad, they just weren’t right. God save Krispy Kreme Donuts from the new place in North Miami Beach. Maybe they overspent building the new store and had to cut back on some ingredients or something. Jeez! P.S. I am officially a Krispy Kreme Aficionado since I’ve been eating Krispy Kreme donuts for...
