La Brasa Grill - North Miami Beach — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

I am a regular customer at this place. I eat here almost every day and usually order grilled chicken with potatoes and yucca via Uber Eats because I love it. Today, I decided to visit the place, and I ordered a steak with yucca and baked potatoes. When I finished paying, I asked how long it would take to be ready, and she said, "I don't know, however long it takes to be ready"—first bad response. I sat down to wait, and the order for the table behind me was delivered wrong; they returned it, and the "manager" said that was what he ordered because she didn't even have the decency to speak normally but shouted so loudly that I could hear from where I was sitting. Clearly, the customer behind me didn't like the response and got upset. Then my order arrived completely wrong; they brought things I had ordered to go, served on the table, and gave me fries when I had corrected the mistake on the receipt beforehand, telling them I WANTED BAKED POTATOES. I explained my order politely, and they took it back. Then they brought the order, telling me they gave me fries because the yucca took too long, and the person who attended me at the counter, calling herself the manager, came to my table to tell me she couldn't keep changing my sides because she gets scolded. As if that was my fault? This is a total lack of respect towards the customer. How can you mess up the order three times and blame me? I would love to contact a manager to talk about this! Save yourself the time I typically do not write reviews but the level I got disrespected needed to be known! I was upset at the level of disrespect I couldn't even order and mind you I had a rough day, decided to give this place a try since they just opened, but I'm telling you this now! The customer service is terrible!!!! I Called to ask about the lunch special first time considering this place for lunch the guy just hung up on me and said thats what your calling for just come in before I even get a chance to respond he hangs up! I called I ask to speak with a manager the lady got on the phone and refused to give me his name and claimed to he the manger and said oh year with no care and said what is it you wanted to order I couldn't even speak I just hung up! Had a rough day I didn't even want to entertain the ignorance of this place this was today around 1pm. If they dont give a dam about the customer what makes you think they will give a dam about your food! Run away and never look back save your time and money the food is cheap! where do I start, went on my 30 min lunch break to get 2 meals, waited in the drive thru for over 12 mins just to order my food, then after paying at the window waited a few mins and were asked to park in a curb pick spot and when asked how much longer she stated no more then 5 mins, waited 10 mins in the car and nothing, got down to check my order and a male worker stated i have not been waiting long enough that i had only been parked for 9 mins so I stated we had already waited at the window an additional 10 mins + and that we had been there for over 30 mins, i understand it can get busy but making someone wait over 30 mins for 2 simple meals which by the way one was completely incorrect is very distasteful especially when you are going to a fast food restaurant, they need to have better timing with customers food and with all the time given the order right; honestly I won't be going to this location ever again and what makes this sad is that it is a new location.
