Uncut Miami offers free entry, and the aesthetics are nice, creating a calm and chill vibe. The food is okay, and the music is decent. Some of the servers are friendly and attentive, while others could use improvement. The prices are reasonable, making it an accessible spot for a night out.

However, there are a few areas that could use significant improvement. Parking is inconvenient as the only self-parking option is a block away, or you can choose valet for $20 or more, only to find your car parked on the side of the road—something you could easily do yourself.

The women’s bathroom situation is also disappointing. There are only two stalls, and one of them is extremely small, making it uncomfortable and not accommodating for thicker women.

The biggest issue, however, is the hookah service. Each time I visited, there was only one hookah girl. While the limited staff is one concern, the real problem is the poor customer service. The hookah girl was extremely rude, overloaded the coals, causing the hookah to burn out too quickly, and was not attentive at all.

On a positive note, my server, Princess, was exceptional. She was the highlight of my experience. Despite having multiple tables, she remained attentive, energetic, and ensured that we were well taken care of. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally. Her outstanding service made the visit worthwhile.

Lastly, management left a lot to be desired. When I attempted to voice my concerns, my complaint was twisted and blamed on the wrong individual—someone who was actually doing their job correctly. Meanwhile, those responsible for the poor experience faced no consequences.

If you’re looking for a cute hole-in-the-wall spot, Uncut Miami might work for a casual outing. But be prepared for some drawbacks. Hopefully, with some improvements in service and management, it could become a much...

This place was an absolute let down! We made reservations online, thinking it would be an “upscale” lounge and a great place to celebrate my birthday. Neither of those things were true! Upon arrival, I informed the gentleman at the door that we had reservations and he said to speak with one of the girls inside. What he actually meant was track down a waitress who will then “let a manager” know. After finally getting someone’s attention, she said she would let the manager know and someone would seat us. No one ever came! The young lady continued to do whatever she was doing. After waiting about 30 minutes, I asked her again and she said she told someone. We waited an additional 10-15 minutes before finally deciding to seat ourselves at an empty table. We sat there about 30 minutes before someone decided to come over, introduce themselves, and take our order. The wait to get drinks was ridiculous and when they arrived, they arrived in a small plastic cup that was half filled, literally! The wait to get our food was beyond absurd! We waited over an hour for mediocre food at best. Meanwhile, one of the managers was sitting at a table eating, while we waited for food that took so long we weren’t sure was coming. The jerk pasta was bland. The honey garlic wings lacked flavor. The curry egg rolls were over cooked. The lemon pepper wings were delicious. They were the only thing we finished. We tried to eat the rest, but it just wasn’t worth it. We spoke to two different managers regarding these issues and while the ticket was “discounted”, they didn’t seem to care at all. Overall, it was a horrible experience! I would not return and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this...

I had an amazing time at Uncut! From the moment we walked in, the vibes were on point. The DJ kept the energy up all night, playing all the best songs that had everyone singing and dancing. The food was delicious—everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and came out just right. But what really made the experience top-tier was the customer service. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Came here for a birthday celebration, and it was absolutely amazing! The birthday girl was so happy, and the whole experience was just perfect. The owner was also great to talk to and made sure we were taken care of.
