UPDATE So I started going to this Taco Bell again because I moved closer to the area. I’ve gone three or four times and I’ve been consistently impressed!! It seems like they’re under new management. Whatever it is, keep up the great work! I’m glad to be able to enjoy Taco Bell again.
Possibly the worst Taco Bell in NMB. I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru. The drive thru was closed and I had to go inside. I told the cashier my name and told him I was picking up an order. He said okay and printed out a receipt. I stood there waiting because was people before me and of course they get their food first. So there I am waiting for about 15-20 mins. I started to realize that there were people who came in after me that were getting their orders. I brought it up to the cook and he went from saying that my order doesn’t exist, to saying he’s gonna get started on it. So I stepped back and started to wait again. Another 10 minutes pass and still nothing. I finally had enough after seeing that someone who came in after I spoke to them a second time got their food before I got anything. I told them not to worry about it and walked out....

For years I have enjoyed coming here for either breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staffs over the years have been a revolving door. I can't remember anyone I knew since the times I started going there lol. All the employees that I have encountered always did their job for the time that they have stayed there. Not all the times they were perfect (since we are human) but they were always willing to make things right.
On my recent visit there, I really enjoyed how accurate they were with my order started at the drive thru ordering station. Making sure that they received my order correctly. Even when I get to the pick up window. They asked me to reassure of my order. I can't complain about their punctuality. It's always been a pleasure to go their. I do feel like Taco Bell or it's management place them on a time. They are able to manage that extra stress with eased. My order was always complete and I don't need to go inside to claim any missing item. I appreciate everyone that worked in that place because the food industry is not an easy place to work...
Read moreA Manager named "Maria" per an employee, was very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL to where I had to call Taco Bell's Bell's Corporate office to report Her bad behavior! She reprimanded Me about not giving My name,First, while waiting for My online order for 1 free taco that T-Mobile offers each week. I has Apologized for not knowing, explained I'll do so going forward, & she kept on with the reprimand in a condescending way!. After I addressed her bad behavior, She became combative, dismissed My threat to call Corporate, dismissed how I had co tuned to be Respectful to her, had the other customers & Taco Bell employees witness this negative circumstance, & left to call Corporate. Even one of the female patrons sided with Me, explained that's what happens with Maria, & tried to console Me. There were 2 other patrons visiting from Michigan, that recognized Me from a previous event We attended in Detroit Michigan, who sided with Me and made it known how we've met before.
