Elk Grove Commons — Attraction in Elk Grove

The parking in this shopping center is the worse and the City of Elk Grove needs to patrol it better because the companies that deliver to the businesses there either block, park in the handicap or on the hash-marks between the two handicap space's and make it so that people who are disabled either can't get back in their car's and/or out of the parking spaces. Today the delivery driver who was making the delivery to the fastfood establishment nextdoor to Verizon Wireless was parked on the hash-marks between the two handicap space's leaving 5 inches between his bobtail truck and my SUV and my disabled passenger couldn't get back in the car, I had to very carefully keep backing up inching over a little bit at a time until I could finally make a left turn to get out of the space and let my passenger in the car, what is even worse these space's are at an angle and the Asian fast-food place and Verizon Wireless have several parking spaces reserved for call in to-go orders !!! So between the Security Patrol for the Shopping Center not doing there Job and Elk Grove Parking Enforcement NOT ENFORCING THE PARKING LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE CITY OF ELK GROVE my disabled passenger was at risk but I came extremely close to getting into an accident, the Fastfood establishment should have asked their delivery person not to park in the handicap space's because they were putting us at risk and there business if we would have been in an...

I visited Trader Joes and a cellphone repair shop. Trader Joes laid back feeling seems ok at first. If you are not into this stmosphere i think yoi will notice there is certainly many grocery stores in the area if you need to do the family grocery shopping. They have the organic produce which is their focus but its a limited. The do not have a a cooler to offer cold water or singles of anything which i spoke to an employee about. Apparently i was not alone in my request as he stated they were expecting one soon. This location as been there over a decade which is odd why they just now decided to do that. Also? If you are looking for impulse buys you wont see much in the way candy bars, gum or batteries for that matter. All in all its not a place i would recommend for variety shopping but there are some who woukd appreciate the niche items...
