This little strip-mall has some great hangout spots, like Hooligans, Alchemist Coffee, and a Flying Pie. However, because it's right at the corner of a well-traveled intersection with a Fred Meyer across the street, an Albertsons across the other street, and a Wal-Greens on the diagonal corner, it can sometimes be tricky to enter or exit the parking lot depending on where you're coming from or going to. Additionally, since all the parking is shared among all the businesses in the strip (with several of them being restaurants) it can sometimes be a challenge to find parking depending on the day and time...
