I love veteran owned businesses, and this one is no exception! My family and close friends are veterans when it comes to escape rooms, we have been to most of the highly advertised escape rooms but I can honestly say that this one was truly fun for all of us. The owner and game master are great, that honestly added to the fun factor. The game master actually helped design custom software and tech for the rooms which is pretty exciting when you think about it. This escape room made us feel like we were more than just customers, it felt like there was something more, we truly felt appreciated for being their customers. One night, and the management will know who we are because of this comment, we had visited another local escape room but wanted more! We called EPG and told them we would love to come but they were about to close and we wouldnât make it in time..... I was told I would get a call right back..... 3 minutes later that phone call came and they said they would have the doors open for us! We were all shocked and amazed but we had a great time and truly put an exclamation point on the night! I HIGHLY recommend that you go here, whether you are new to the game or veterans (please donât expect a laser light show veterans!) please show your patronage to this place, you wonât regret it! To the staff, thank you, we canât wait for your other rooms to open.... we will be there! Future customers, watch the slideshow presentation.... if you see two picture that look earlier similar but they are different, look closer and you just might find us.... it can be your âwhereâs Waldoâ moment...
Read moreHad a great time escaping Atlantis tonight with my spouse. The lobby was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Atlantis room was chock full of fun and clever puzzles with interesting designs. Seriously, there are a LOT of puzzles in there! We used almost all of our time but we were able to escape with only one hint used (we shouldn't have needed it but we were being dense). For context we've completed about thirty rooms as a couple.
There was usually (always?) more than one puzzle active at any given time, so people can be working on different things which is a nice feature if you're in a larger group. There's also ample physical space for a group to not feel cramped (imo).
The only negative was that some of the mechanisms didn't trigger perfectly; however, we understand that wear and tear on moving parts is unavoidable. Our gm was attentive though and we didn't have any major issues.
We will definitely be going back to play the other rooms! (Pro tip: after your game, get fresh ice cream from the...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I completed the Aliens and Atlantis rooms and had a great time! Iâve done 50 escape rooms, my boyfriend 20. The rooms here have remarkably advanced props and decor for a small business, making for a wonderfully atmospheric experience. I loved how creative and complex the puzzles were; I definitely saw things that Iâd never seen at other escape rooms before! I also appreciated just how many puzzles and locks were featured in each escape room, certainly more than average. I wasnât used to having to open the door to ask for clues, but our game master, Kylie, was so sweet and helpful that it was always a pleasant experience having her come into the room to give us a clue. She did a great job of helping us when we were stuck without giving away too much. With such low prices to boot, I would absolutely recommend these escape rooms. We plan to return to finish off the rest of the...
