Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers — Attraction in Fort Walton Beach

I’ll start by saying , I truly wish that someday in this life that I learn how to fix my own vehicle. I had my bmw in this place for 2 months or longer , the problem was a misfire , which I was told by their team of engineers to get new injectors for my bmw in order to fix the issue , I then bought 8 injectors and after installing the mechanical team told me all 8 were bad and to get a new set , I did and again I was told all 8 of those were bad as well and that this was to much of a strain on the team due to them installing 16 injectors and the car still has the same issue . I agreed and paid around 1700 to pick my car up , which was towed to my house , I then let the car sit for for a few months and decided to buy brand new injectors with a warranty from FCP euro , as all 16 of the previous injectors were purchased used , I bought 2 brand new injectors as recommended by the mechanic in Destin at Destin Tech i took the bmw to the shop the mechanic changes cylinder 1 & cylinder 5 replacing both with brand new injectors, he then used 6 of the previous injectors from the pile of supposedly 16 “ bad injectors “ according to express oil in wright Fl , and all 8 fired , the car ran perfectly, so perfect that the mechanic proceeded to buy all of my used injectors for his shop ! I was told none of the injectors were bad , 2 cylinders needed changing but the fact that he changed all 8 and using 6 which were deemed bad by a team of guys who charged me $1700 for work that they just were not equipped to do , is very sad and I would like corporate to contact me regarding a full refund because of the malice that was bestowed upon me and I did not deserve to be so deceived! I bought 16 injectors used at a total of $2000 because these guys said so ! I paid $1700 to get my car back because these guys said so! I lost more than the $1700 I’m asking for and all because Shirlock wanted to be smarter...

This is the absolute worst experience I have encountered. The service gentleman that took my information at 5:15 Friday afternoon was rude and short to begin with.

I burshed it off being it was a Friday afternoon. I went in for a patch on my tire. I had the spare on and had the tire in my trunk.

A sweet man met me at my car as I parked and immediately took action. Instructed me to go inside. I did so gave my information to a rude older man behind the counter as my car was put in the bay. Explained what I needed and let them get to work.

Almost an hour later they came back with my car at which time I went to pay. I asked the gentleman checking me out if they noticed the other patch, At which time he informed me they took that patch out and repaired it. I explained again I had another nail hole 10 to 12 inches from the patch notated. To again be told they did their job I needed to leave. The gentleman began screaming and threatening to call the cops. At which point I called them myself.

I again asked while on the phone with the sheriff for any verification and understanding of the work completed on my vehicle. I again was met with screaming and vaulger language. The sheriff's department was on the phone listening and asked me to step out due to the escalated situation.

The gentleman in the shop immediately locked the doors closed the bays provided the wrong address to the sheriff and left me in the parking lot with an unrepaired tire.

A formal complaint...

I’ve been going here for a while now getting my oil changed…I’d say I’m a regular, but the way my head works, I forget to get the oil changed in a timely fashion…I digress. These gentlemen here work very hard and have great customer service! They don’t judge me if I’m a few thousand miles behind scheduled changes. 😱 They are a great group of people who work hard for the vehicles they service as well as the people who come with the vehicles. A little known secret about this place is the hidden gem of the place…Karaoke! Yes! You saw that right! The guys like to join in on some fun of karaoke together. Justin in particular has one of his all time favorites he does well by the Spice Girls “Wannabe” as well as a classic of Brittney Spears “Hit me Baby one more time”. You have to visit them just to see the singing and dancing mechanics. It’s quite a great time even if it is only ten to fifteen minutes tops being in there! Just ask for Justin as your favorite singer/dancer-mechanic as well as Stephen to join in! By the end of it all, your oil is changed, your car has been through a safety check AND you’ve had a once in a lifetime performance from the mechanics! I recommend all to visit!!! I know I’ll be back…probably not on...
