The young lady came out first. She gave me my order.I checked it and I said, no, this is wrong.I'm supposed to have another eight count nugget in here. She asked me, how did I order? I said, I ordered an 8 count meal. And then I added another 8 count redemtion. So I should have a total of sixteen. She goes in to talk to the manager and then she comes back out and says you need to pay for another one. I told her that the person took my order wrong i wanted an 8 ct (( MEAL )) with another 8 count seperate to redeem. I made my medium fry a large fry, and then I told her I wanted to redeem another eight count nugget, with a small fry. She continues to tell me that I ordered an eight count nugget meal and I expected to get an eight count nugget meal off the meal.But it doesn't work that way. I told that young lady that she's putting words in my mouth and that's not what I said. I said, I ordered an eight count meal and I added an eight count nugget. She got mad at me that she literally yeah, stop talking. Turned around and walked away from me. The manager in the green shirt came out with such a red face, and I know this manager.She has never her face and neck was so red that she wanted to scream and yell at me. Until I told her what happened, I told her that young lady was putting words in my mouth. I'm trying to explain to her how I ordered the correct way I said. I ordered an 8 count nugget (( MEAL )) separate. And I added another 8 count to it. So that's how it should be 16. I'm complaining, because I've never seen that woman. It turned so red before that she wanted to yell at me and how that person was literally right, putting words in my mouth. I said, no I ordered an 8 count nugget meal, and I added an 8 count. Redemption, that young lady was saying, oh no, sir, you Put an 8 count nugget meal and try to redeem better the 8 count off the meal and I said, no, that's not what I was trying to do. And that's when I was trying to tell her she's putting words in my mouth and i', and nobody was having it, they just wanted me out after paying a large amount of money, I literally paid for everything separately. I'm getting ripped off here. Okay, I'm just trying to get treated fairly. And I'm trying to yeah, pay for things fairly and not be overcharged. I'm trying to pay for a meal and not separate items. You know what I mean.. Point point period the manager was extremely hostile because of the employee and the manager quit being hostile, red face and red necked when I told her exactly what happened. Causing app to register dasher being complacent with their contractional duties of being accurate and efficient. This lowers THE DASHER's ratings and impacts our ability to be rewarded by recieving higher paying orders. Why are resturants not being held more accountable for such sneaky actions?
I waited a good 10 minutes before food was in bag and transportable. When I brought it to attention of floor captain, while waiting, She blew it off, did not even fake an appology.. Not being the first time, it seems this is their coached practices by their leadership. Most likely due to recieving poor performance grades which in this case is well deserved by show 2-fold just how bad this store is performing. Their integrity, customer service skills by taking some responsibiltiy and their inabilty to follow dpordash contractional guidance on how to recieve discounts on delivery fees and resulting payouts that door dash presents to them.
If your a dasher or uber eats delivery driver dont be quiet about this. Our customers must know that the Ck-Fla vail of perfection hidden behind "christianity" and "look at us we dont work on sunday all other businesses are sinners" is so false and dirty....at the end of the day they are a business and should be held to higher expectations since they make millions when compared to any delivery driver.

I brought a serious complaint to him about one of his extremely rude people, and he without even hearing what the employee did, and without any regard to the customer, he defended the rude employee and does not care about the customer, so that is why he gets a one star. I have known this man 40 years and you would think when A customer comes up with enough regard for his business to share a problem that his company displays he would appreciate it, but if you bring up a problem, he calls you a liar and ignores it and tells you he loves his people. 🤷 He doesn’t give a hoot about the customer. In fact, he will tell you as he did me to go somewhere else and eat. That’s just a little too far extreme and abnormal for me. That’s not how you run a good business. If he apologizes or corrects his problems, I might return as a customer, but until then, he is no different than his rude employee.
