2 Bros & A Chick — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

I think I just found my new favorite food truck. I bought a large plate with pork chops and catfish and for the sides I got fried okra and loaded fries. A true big back meal. The okra was great. It was very well seasoned and didn't have that slimy texture that you can get on it occasionally. The loaded fries were great. Ranch, cheese, and bacon on top of seasoned crinkle cut fries? You cant get go wrong with that combo. The fried pork chops were amazing. Seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. The only issue I had with it was the breading fell off very easily. Now let's talk about the catfish. I ordered it with the spicy lemon pepper sauce and this is a MUST. It is a dollar upcharge but totally worth it especially if they put just a tiny bit more sauce on it. The catfish was cooked perfectly and lightly seasoned. It could have used a little more seasoning to make the fish really pop but it was great as is. These folks are onto something. I'm amazed it wasn't more busy...

This has been one of the more enjoyable dining experiences that I’ve had since prior to Covid. The food here was absolutely delicious. They didn’t miss on anything. I got the dinner with two meats (fried catfish & fried pork chops) and two sides (fried okra & baked beans) The seasoning for the porkchop batter was great, nice and salty. The catfish was fried to perfection and had the most mild taste I’ve ever had in a catfish. The okra was piping hot and not one mushy piece was found.

I like to consider myself a bit of a baked bean connoisseur and these were by far my favorite baked beans I’ve had since my Nanny’s. They had pepper, onion and hamburger meat, slightly sweet. Delectable.

It seems that serendipity guided us to our current dining location, as the initial two establishments we attempted to visit for lunch were unfortunately closed. I indulged in a selection that included catfish, spicy lemon pepper wings, macaroni and cheese, and loaded fries; the meal was truly exceptional. After concluding my meal, I felt compelled to share my positive experience with my colleagues regarding the outstanding quality of the food. Fortunately, I am not required to return to work today, allowing me the opportunity to enjoy a brief post-lunch respite. Thank you once again for such a remarkable culinary experience.
