Walked in to pick up my online order. I can see it sitting on the counter and told the gentleman who I was, he looked down and said yes it's right here I'm going to bag it up for you, then made me stand in front of him for 12 minutes while he served four other people, and my food just sat there, when he finally bagged it up I said that was sitting there the whole time why didn't you bag it up and give it to me since it was already paid for online,he said our company policy is to serve the people that are in the lobby first. I said even if the order is ready you couldn't just hand it to me, and he said no I had to serve them first! Then I asked him why they were worried about serving people first who hadn't paid yet versus the customers that have paid 20 minutes ago and we're waiting for their order, and he said sorry it's company policy.
Of course when I got it home it was ice cold, but it does no good to voice any sort of complained at this location because the manager is an absolute crazy lady that will not deal with any level of customer service at all, she has argued with customers in the past when I've been in there and she is horrible.
Next stop, I'm going to contact Panda Express corporate, then I'm going to contact my credit card company and see if I can get those charges reversed for this...
Read moreBeen sitting for 20 minutes waiting on my food. We were told they were just waiting on pot stickers. But for some reason I've been sitting on the side, where I was told to wait for my food. It takes 7 minutes to cook pot stickers. I had a 50 dollar order and this is not worth it, at this point. There's not 1, not 2, but 3 cars behind me waiting on their food as well. 20 minutes, so far, for pot stickers. Not acceptable. after sitting there for over 20 minutes closer to 30 we finally got her order. The lady that brought it out was completely rude did not want to say I'm so sorry for your waiter sorry in any way. Upon getting home there was an item missing from my order. And our potstickers that we had ordered, which were the one thing we were waiting for, were stale and old and fried, which we did not ask for fried. When the lady came out the first time we explained that we were upset and that we were waiting there for over 20 minutes. She told us that it was the teriyaki chicken that they were waiting on but we were told it was the potsticker 20 minutes prior to that. Will not return. completely disappointed in the quality of the food as well as the customer service. She just handed us our food said here you go and walked away. I did not pay $50 to be disappointed. Definitely lost...
Read moreI just went for the bigger plate, which comes with 3 entrees - not 2. I didn’t order any sides, as I stopped doing because the sides always had a nauseating smell and would literally make me sick when I ate them. I had it a few times, so quite sure it was the sides. So I started getting just the entrees and they’d put them all on the same tray. I’ve been doing this for 2 years now. Tonight, they gave me 2 servings instead of the 3. And when I asked for my third serving, the manager got an attitude. Called herself “proving a point” and I should have recorded, but I was too angry and trying to be polite. To prove a point to try to show me it was 3 services, she got the to-go container they put the third serving in when you get sides. It was not packed in at all, how it always is, and she tried to sale 3 bites as a serving… I really truly wish I’d recorded so you could see how ridiculous she was! I’m so upset… So I asked for a refund, she walked away and gave someone who was taking an outside order my receipt in order to organize my refund… She was exceedingly disrespectful, and insulted my intelligence attempting to give me 2 servings instead of the 3 I’d paid for— Will not be returning.
