Forest Square Mall in Lynchburg is one of the best, if not the best in the surrounding area. The mall is clean and has plenty of spots to sit for a bit and places to get a bite if you are hungry. There is a variety of stores, specialty clothing stores, shoe stores, cosmetic, candle, bath goods, funky teen shops,...There is a place that would please everyone in your family or group, young or senior, slim or generously sized.This is the only place that had the shoes my teens wanted. I spent hours here and didn't get to visit everywhere I wanted to go. There is a movie theater and an Aquarium! If you haven't visited here you are missing out. If there is a particular store you want to visit, check their days of operation. I was there on a Thursday and one of the stores I wanted to see was closed.
