I had to write this review because some other peace and relaxation seeking individual may get duped. I went on a Friday afternoon at noon and like other foot massage places I've tried they had the big comfy chairs. I walked into their large massage room to see a woman getting a foot massage with her two year old standing next to her with his I-pad. Though she attempted to quiet him, it was to no avail and he kept asking questions and talking above a whisper. What reputable massage business allows people to bring their two year olds even if they are slow? I have my own two year old and did not come to hear someone else's yapping away and asking 50 million questions during the service that was supposed to be relaxing.
As my feet were soaking I asked to be moved to another room. I was moved to a makeshift room with two comfy chairs near the front check out ( not sure why they didn't put her there) where I had to hear customers talking to the cashier upon check out. I also heard the two year old talking at marathon speed through the front wall.
My massage therapist, though nice, did not seem to exhibit any real technique in the art of massage and I had to tell her to apply more pressure. This should not have been an issue because she was not a petite woman with tiny hands to begin with. The rest felt like someone simply rubbing my legs and feet while bored. I think someone's available sister gave me the massage.
To add insult to injury, nobody apologized for the experience though I mentioned it repeatedly and when I went to pay, they added a dollar surcharge because they do this for credit and debit card transactions. Isn't this illegal? They also asked for a 20% tip. Blasphemy!!!
I WILL NOT be going back and will stick with what I know...Heavenly Foot Massage... They know how to get it done...

I arrived on time and went to check in at the front desk, but the woman there was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. Instead of a warm greeting, I was met with attitude, which immediately made me uncomfortable.
During my massage, I could clearly hear a man in the room next to mine talking loudly about how it âstunk so badâ in his room. He kept going on, speaking loudly to someone else, and it completely ruined any chance of relaxing. The walls clearly arenât soundproof, so I could hear every word, which made it really hard to focus on the massage or feel at ease.
After the massage, I was moved to another area for the foot massage. I really didnât like that it was in a small, open room with several beds placed close together. Youâre basically lying there with complete strangers, which made it awkward and hard to feel comfortable or relaxed. It felt more like a rushed group setup than a peaceful spa environment.
To make matters worse, the therapist kept leaving the room during my session, which wasted time and made the whole experience feel disorganized. At one point, while she was massaging my feet, she actually started dozing offâliterally falling asleep mid-session. I had to move my foot to wake her up, which was shocking and made me feel even more uncomfortable.
Overall, this was far from the relaxing, professional experience I was hoping for. Between the rude front desk, the lack of privacy, the loud noise from other clients, and the therapist literally falling asleep, I would not recommend this spa to anyone looking for quality service or a peaceful environment. Definitely wonât...

While in my room getting my hour massage the room over I could hear the man talking very loud about how it â stunk so bad â in his room he continued to talk loud to whom ever he was with in the room . Then I was brought over to where they do the foot massage I didnât really like the fact itâs in a whole open small room with other beds your in there with strangers so itâs hard to get comfortable forreal . The therapist walked out a few times on my appointment at this point waisting time on my massage and when she was rubbing my feet she was falling asleep as she was doing it to the point I had to shake my foot to wake her up .
Now itâs time to leave and here is what really made me give this place a 1 star because outside of the fact the lady was falling asleep rubbing my feet she still did pretty good over all . The lady at the front desk ask how was your massage I let her know it was great I enjoyed it she proceeds to check me out I go to pay and add the tip in she stopped me and said you need to tip her mom because I think she did a really good job . I kindly let her know yes she did do a good job but this is what I will be tipping her said thank you and walked away she sucked her teeth . I will not return here just for that disrespect and being told that I have to tip more on top of what is...
