Iberia Auto Service — Attraction in Pine Castle

WARNING BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!!!! Last June I paid this shop $1500.00 for a rebuilt transmission in my 02 Surburban. The receipt says COMPLETE REBUILD and nothing more. Well June of last month my transmission TOTALLY FAILED and left me stranded. No dive gears and no reverse. I called the shop and spoke to Won about the issue and he said my warranty expired 2 weeks ago. I told him i understand but at the same time they should honor repairing my transmission since it only lasted exactly 1 YEAR. He said he understands but the owner is on vacation and he would tell him what happened. He said its up to the owner and he doesn't see why they wouldnt cover it. He said the iwner would call me when he is back from vacation. So i called a wrecker and had it delivered back to their shop on Saturday. Now uts Thursday, no call backs from the owner. So i drove there today and spoke face to face with the owner. He was blunt and said its past your warrenty and there is nothing he could do. I was shocked. I said "Are you serious????" This transmission only lasted 1 Year and 2 weeks and your not going to fix it ??? He said he would pull the transmission out tomorrow and see how much it was going to cost me. I was so angry i told them NOT TO TOUCH IT AT ALL and I would have a wrecker pick it up tomorrow and be taking to an HONEST SHOP. And it was towed out of there today. I looked at the owner and asked him if he thought this was good business on his part. I said how would you feel if this same situation happened to you? He then said your past the warrenty and if i was even 2 HOURS PAST WARRENTY he wouldnt cover it. This whole situation I just went through should tell you about this shop and the owner !!!!! DONT LET THIS SHOP TOUCH YOUR CAR, CAUSE IF YOU DO SND THINGS TURN OUT BAD,....ITS YOUR FAULT. You all...

I would not recommend. Very unprofessional and they would not honor my warranty. They were dishonest with their time frames and the job was very sloppy. They left out parts and bolts that automatically turned my car into a used car. My car was in such terrible state that I had to trade it in for a new one. They have random people work on your car that are not actual employees. Whom were proud enough to admit their dishonesty with the owner sharing stories about how they stole from the shop. The prices are good, the employees of Levan are non-professionals, they need to have brains that are not. I stopped to change the air conditioner evo, the price was stipulated $ 300 then called Levan and said at least $ 800, I certainly refused and went to take the car. But I was alarmed that one bolt fixing the beam on which the torpedo keeps hanging. Now I made another place for $ 500, but I was shown that a lot of latches were broken inside and the nut of this bolt was torn off, since the workers of Levan wanted to pull out the old evaporator by force without removing the beam. I do not recommend this workshop. But the choice is yours.

Цены хорошие, работники у Левана непрофесионалы, им нужно иметь мозги которых нет. Я заехал поменять эвопаратор кондиционера, цена была оговорена 300$ потом позвонил Леван и сказал минимум 800$, я конечно отказался и поехал забрал машину. Но меня насторожило что один болт крепления балки на которой держится торпеда болтался. Теперь я зделал в другом месте за 500$, но мне показали что внутри сломаны много защелок и сорвана гайка этого болта так как работники Левана хотели силой не снимая балки вырвать старый эвапоратор.
