My computer repair and IT services shop is just on the next block over on Waltham avenue and I run over here to Pine Castle hardware all the time for whatever random part that I may need to fix something at my office and they always seem to have whatever it is I need amazingly enough for not being some big huge hardware store like Home Depot. I like that I can walk in and someone will always greet you and help you find whatever it is you're looking for so you don't have to spend five times as much time finding what you want.

I recently moved near Pine Castle. I saw the store several times on my way home. I decided to go to Pine Castle hardware a few days ago and I have found a diamond in the rough.

The customer service is top notch. I worked with a gentleman named Jon who was willing to direct me to whatever I needed. Two other gentleman were available and one repaired my chainsaw and the other loaded up my car with river rocks.

These people are the kind to take advantage of people during hurricanes. They used the excuse of we don't take hurricane supplies back. The hurricane is not here. They raised their prices and were very obnoxious on the phone. I would not recommend these people if they were the last hardware open. Shame on them to prey on their customers during...
