This business is extremely disorganized and lacks any form of effective communication. My experience with this card shop has been the worst I’ve ever encountered.

First, I dropped off cards for auction, only to later discover that someone had run my cards on their own auction channel without informing me. I had to sift through past shows just to identify who sold my cards. Fortunately, I caught the mistake, but if I hadn’t been vigilant in monitoring my auctions, I would have lost a significant amount of money.

Second, I submitted cards for grading through PSA. When the graded cards were returned, no one contacted me, and the website was never updated with my order status. I only found out my cards were sitting on a shelf for months because a staff member eventually called me. She claimed I hadn’t paid for the order, even though I paid immediately when notified. Despite that, there was no follow-up or further communication from the team.

A month passed without any updates, and I had to drive 14 hours to retrieve my cards. When I arrived, I was told they had been shipped—a complete waste of time due to their unprofessionalism.

The lack of accountability and organization in handling valuable items is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against trusting this shop with their cards. If you choose to do business here, be prepared to meticulously monitor...

I will never leave a review without reaching out to a company to give them a chance to respond first. Their response is included so you can see for yourself. I have waited years to hit a huge card and I finally did on their stream! I was so excited and eagerly waited for the card to come so I could get it graded. I got home and ran out to mailbox to find this (picture included). Needless to say my excitement is gone along with the card and several others. I reached out and was very surprised by the response I got. Buyer beware! If you hit a monster card with them it will be shipped in the cheapest bubble mailer available and if anything happens to it you’ll be told what I was. The most amazing hit of my life has turned into one of the worst experiences I can remember.

Edit: thanks for the reply I guess. I think you missed the point which is show your customers you care by shipping extremely expensive cards in more than a paper bubble mailer so a claim doesn’t need to be filed….. šŸ˜‰ I would never purchase anything from you again because no mention of doing a better job shipping...

Why should I have to reach out to whatnot when your business is the one that messed up the order? It’s the same business! Nice try! Don’t worry, whatnot took care of your screw up. Your customer service was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. First off, just know if you order an expensive card from these guys you might get a really cheap card instead. I received someone else’s order. Then it took a week for them to get back to me to let me know that they concluded I received the correct order. Basically calling me a liar. I definitely did not receive the correct order. The video receipt shows all the evidence and I have every single card from the guys order after mine and none of the ones from my order. I’ve bought from thousands of sellers and this is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I would steer clear of these guys. Shady business.

My Stephon Castle ā€œRookie Cardā€ has a sticky or tacky feel to the entire card. Penny sleeves automatically stick to it. I can’t put the card into new sleeves without having to destroy them in the process. There’s also multiple dings and indentations throughout. The stream was solid as usual but 2 out of 3 card can’t be resold for comp prices nor are they even worth what I paid for them. I’m sorry I had to leave this kind of message but I wanted to let you know about the products I purchased from your live stream. Maybe in the future all KK auctioneers can take the time to show cards outside of Mags and or Top loaders. Best to purchase slabs that way the card your buying is sealed and graded ā€œnaturallyā€.

I wanted to let you guys know that my Anthony Edwards ā€œRookie Cardā€ has a fairly large gouge or scratch on the front ā€œas shown in the picture(s)ā€.
