Smiley Thai To Go — Restaurant in Largo

I ordered to-go through UberEats and the food arrived within 30 minutes of ordering and that was great. I ordered Pad See Ew, crab rangoon, fried squid and Thai tea. Starting with the drink, the to-go cup was so packed with ice I couldn't put a straw in the cup and had to pour the drink out into a larger cup. Only to realize how little amount of liquid was in the cup. The cream vs. tea ratio was way off, too much cream. The taste and portion was not worth the price. The food also disappointed me. The "Pad See Ew" they sent was pathetic and absolutely 100% NOT Pad See Ew. The dish had no flavor except for the huge chunks of onion which actually tasted like onion. The other vegetables were flavorless and soggy. The noodles were bland mush. Even the liquid in the bottom was flavorless. This really was the worst "Thai" dish I've ever eaten in my life. The crab rangoon were very generic and boring tasting and far from special. The fried squid has a thick batter on it that overshadows the taste and texture of the squid. It would be nice if they served the tentacles and not just the body rings of the squid. I didn't finish any of the dishes sent to me as it was flavorless and very unappetizing. I apologize that it's taken me so long to write a review...it really shouldn't have, because all of my experiences here have been absolutely wonderful. Curries, pad Thai, fried rice, noodles, spring rolls and more..I've tried many options here and they've always been incredible. This is my favorite Thai restaraunt to order from. I live in Pinellas Park and often pick up their food from Largo just to have it. Their green curry is the best around here in my opinion..my favorite dish. And I don't know what they do differently to cook their seafood so perfectly, but the squid and scallops (that are normally tough when I've eaten them elsewhere) are tender and melt in your mouth. i am not very picky about thai food because i like the cuisine, and its flavor profile ..meaning that if you know just a little about what you are doing, you'd be ok by me. this place is clean, but the food was underwhelming - it is too sweet even for me. both soup and green curry had too much sweetness to it and lack the depth and dimension of half way decent thai cooking. i also do not like when they bring everything in one flat plate (bring me rice in a rice bowl and my curry in a separate bowl like the way it should be. it costs nothing extra but gives a much more proper dining experience) i do not see myself returning any time soon as there are just so many...
