dollars ON MARCH 20 2024 THE CHICKEN WAS TOUGH AND MY SON ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT.1ST TIME IN 15 YEARS NEVER A COOPLAINT THE OWNER ASKED ME IF I SAVED THE FOOD SAID IT'S THERE POLICY I MUCT SAVE AND BRING BACK SO I CAN REPLACE. WE DON'T LIVE LIKE THAT. MY SON TOSSED THE FOOD. I'M A CHEF I ORDERED NOTHING. I'M SO DISGUSTED THEY ACTUALLY THINK WE WOULD TRY AND GET OVER ON THEM. THEY HAVE ALWAYS I THOGHT BEEN APART OF OUR TAKE OUT LIST. THERE PRICES INCREASED WITHOUT NOTICE. WHICH IS EVEN OK I UNDERSTAND WHICH IM GLAD I NO HOW TOO MAKE ANYTHING I SAVE MONEY. BUT TO TREAT ME LIKE A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER BROKE MY ❤. HOWEVER AS I FOUND THEM I WILL BE BLESSED TO FIND ANOTHER.BE AWARE OF SNAKE EYES THESE PEOPLE ARE HEARTLESS THEY DID US WRONG AND I'M HURT. AFTER A FIGHT THEY AGREEDED TOO REPLACE 2 OF THE 3 DISHES WHICH TURNED OUT TOO BE DRY N CHEWEY AGAIN SO WE ARE OK WITH THIS REVELATION. I WOULD VO SO.EWHERE ELSE IS U ARE NEW IN TOWN. 2024 IS BRINGING BUSINESSES THAT ARE CUTTING CORNERS AND TRYING TOO MAKE ME A VILLAN THEY THINK US AS DUMB AMERICANS WHILE THEY SMILE...

Ordered Dinner at 4:44, tracking message I recieved said by order was delivered at 5:22. Photo sent with a pic of someone's house. Called restaurant and manager said they had proof my food was delivered. Well it was not delivered to my house. Paid with credit card. Manager acted like a new order would not be sent out. Then decided that a new order would be made. Looked at a new tracking message I recieved and it said my order was canceled. After 3 more calls and a hungry family waiting to eat. It was 6:20. As I saw in another review someone else found a in their food. A hair was found in my food as I was removing the lid. The "new gravy for the pork egg food young has changed and it was the worst I've ever tasted. I will never order from them again. There are many options in this area for Chinese food. My family will be trying them. It's not cheap to order out anymore and my hard earned money was...

We just moved to this area and obviously the first thing you have to find is your best local Chinese Takeout. Well, we found it on the first try! This place was amazing. I ordered General Taos, Mongolian Beef, and egg rolls. Those two dishes will make or break a take out for us. Also, we always order extra spicy. Many places have never pleased us in the spicy category. I let the front lady (need to get her name next time!) know we like extra spicy, like Thai spice levels. WOW did they deliver. There food had great flavor and tons of wok hei. The spice level was HOT. Finally, a Chinese Takeout that made me sweat! I found my spot and it is better than "my spot" I had in Clearwater....
