Kleckner & Sons — Attraction in Emmaus

Beware!!! We bought two refrigerators from them, paid cash for both and this is how they treat good customers. Not only that, they damaged the door on one of the refrigerators and we are still waiting for a new door. One of the refrigerators from them we received had problems from the first day. They would not replace it even though it has a loud noise and the refrigerator freezes the food in the refrigerator part. They do not honor anything even though they gave us a refrigerator with issues and they would not replace it with another one. We only had it for less then a week and they made us call GE for service on a brand new refrigerator. And we have to wait over two weeks for the service person to come look at it after spending over an hour on the phone trying to reach Someone!!! I will never deal...

I wanted to complement Kleckner and Sons for the quick turn around time this past week when I called for dryer repair for my Speed Queen. My service technician, Jeremy, was very thorough with the repair assessment and explained the possible reasons why my dryer was making a loud noise. He took care and pride in the work being done on my dryer, and it was very much appreciated as it gets used daily! Additionally, the repair price was very reasonably priced. Both my Speed Queen washer and dryer were purchased from the Emmaus location. I would highly recommend Kleckner and Sons not only for a repair, but also for excellent service all around. ...

My Speed Queen was delivered yesterday and Mike & David did a fantastic job setting it up and taking out the old washer (note Kleckner & Sons does this free--many others now charge you to remove your old washer!). Mike & David called before coming to deliver, were very helpful in answering my questions, installed everything neatly, did a test run and was very happy with their service! Will was my salesman and he did a nice job explaining the different washers & other questions I had -- followed up on delivery time I wanted. Great experience with Kleckner & Sons -- will use again -- and started using my American-made Speed Queen...
