Called to place a pickup order. It was very chaotic and it took a while to get a server to take the order, but they eventually got to us. After we told them what we wanted they just said okay and walked away from the phone, didn't take a name or give us an order number and I thought that was odd. Whatever.
We drove there, they don't seem to have dedicated parking so I had to parallel park out front, no biggie but when it's busy I can see that being not fun. We then tried to enter and the door was locked. We tried the bell, nothing. Some other customers showed up and we asked them how to get in, to which they said, "Oh you're not members?" As they used a key card to get in and closed the door behind them.
My takeaway here is if you've never been, don't bother. This is some weird club for a very specific group of people, and it's a pain to get to. Especially on a Sunday morning with the Emmaus farmer's market...
