L A Nails — Attraction in Overlea

My first time here the staff is really nice I came in for a fill in. My technician was very sanitary as far as nail tools and nice but I noticed my left index fingernail is shorter than the one after I was done. She nicked my real fingernails twice causing me to bleed a little bit. Then I also got a wax I noticed she was DOUBLE basically more than double dipping the same stick she was using for my BIKINI wax , in the wax that’s used for all customers over and over I found that very unsanitary. She didn’t even get all the hair off maybe it’s because I didn’t allow it grow out long enough I’m not sure. She also caused me to bleed from the wax and had residue on me it was my first time but I’m pretty sure that’s not how waxing down there goes. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning after this being a not so good...

I recently visited this nail salon and while the customer service was decent, I encountered some issues with their nail colors. Be mindful of deceptive brands and the availability of nail colors. They switch nail colors and labels, and if you notice peeling stickers around the rim, don’t trust that it’s the correct color inside the bottle. This happened to me twice with my signature Ferrari Red. The bottle said Ferrari Red, but it was a different shade, and they argued about it, even though they admitted it didn’t match their selection palette or the color on my nails. Stay vigilant! So I just got off the airplane because I’m flying international and my toe nails are peeling! I just got these done less than 24 hours ago and it’s peeling!! Please don’t waste your money and or time going here. They have the worse customer service and quality. I asked for everything done and the lady was half doing her job. I told her to stop being aggressive and repeatedly had to tell her to stop trying to add things that I didn’t request. All in all, I will be returning to get a partial refund or they will be redoing my set. Now I’m out of the county with my fee...
