Edit- response from owner gives me the ick. I never said what day I came in and there was no one "filling sauces" when I ordered. Lowered service rating to 1, would give 0 stars after this response. Will advise anyone who asks not to come here.
Not good for single slices. I've tried this place twice - once after work and once at lunch. After work I grabbed a single slice of cheese. Not the best, but not the worst, so when I forgot my lunch I figured I'd try a slice of ham. They said they only have turkey ham - I'm cool with it. But the slice came with shredded cheese half-melted on top of lukewarm ham - I picked them off and tried to eat a few but they made me nauseous. I finished the rest of the slice despite that because I was hungry and didn't have time to run anywhere else, but 20 minutes later I'm still nauseous.
Now for the atmosphere - the tables are sticky. Not like "not cleaned" sticky, but "we used the wrong cleaning products and now the plastic is melted" sticky - if you're in the medical field it's like using Cavicide on the wrong items. The place does give an air of "we only clean when a customer complains." One of the guys from the back hovered around me while I was eating, too. He was trying to stay just out of my vision and eventually sat behind me. Read moreI always used to order from here. The food is always good and delivery never takes long. The past 3 times I ordered they overcharged me for something, and failed to deliver all of my items that were ordered. On the 1 occassion they gave me a credit which was fine, the 2 occasion they told me someone was on the way back with my missing items. 30 minutes later they called and told me they would give me another credit for it. Which did not make sense because I ordered to use the credit from the orginal mess up and now they messed up again. On the third occasion they forgot half my order, when I called I was placed on hold for a long time and then some lady gets on the phone laughing, talk about being unprofessional with an upset customer and I had to repeat the situation three times. I was then told the delivery driver was on his way back with the rest of my items and of course 30 minutes go by and I did not recieve my missing items. Read moreI placed an order through Uber Eats with Venus Pizza. I ordered a chicken salad wrap. I took it to work for lunch the next day. The chicken was bad. I contacted Venus Pizza telling them about the wrap being bad. I was told the manager wasn't there and i had to wait for the manager to call me back. 2 days went by without a word from Venus Pizza. I was so angry i called back and I told them all I wanted was another wrap not a refund. They told me that there was nothing they could do because I placed the order through Uber Eats and to contact them. I did actually contact Uber Eats and they said the same thing there was nothing they could do. I've ordered from this restaurant many times over the years and my question to the Venus Pizza manager, Is this how you treat your customers???? This place is a joke. So rude to their customers. This will be the first and last time they treat me like this. I'm not about to spend money on food that I can't eat and then be told there's nothing they can do to fix the situation.
