Labcorp — Attraction in Jersey Village

Completely unprofessional and rude staff. Had a run in with an employee (KENDRA) working the front desk. She was speaking to the elderly people coming in in the most condescending tones. They were confused how to work the kiosk and she told the older gentleman figure it out, he could barely speak English. Then she called another lady by the wrong name and when the lady tried to correct her she bypassed it and told her oh well you knew what I meant. Like what kind of customer service. When I asked her name she told me but then asked why I was asking her name. I told her I wanted to report her to the office manager. She went on to say that she and I didn’t have an interaction but I let her know as a patient in that waiting room I was disgusted with her behavior and that she needed to chill. She proceeded to tell me I was there for a drug screen and she would call my employee and tell them I failed. This is before I even took the test. At this point I went off cause that’s not even legal. I walked out and came to a different location but I plan on going back there and speaking with someone in charge cause I was livid with the entire experience. Also the “site coordinator” pretending to be manager refused to give me any way to contact the actual manager and told be good luck getting through to HR. Some facility lol this place is a joke. I visited this labcorp because a lazy worker at location 21216 NW Fwy Ste 200 did not want to assist me, please see the review I left for that location.

So I visit this labcorp located at 11301 Fallbrook Dr Ste 126, Houston, TX 77065 and arrive at 3:20 pm, however there are 2 seniors having a difficult time with self check in. About 10 mins go by until its my turn to check in. The seniors ring doorbell for help and 2 techs come out and are being very rude to the couple, they turn the couple away. One tech then continues to ask what I am there for, I explain its drug test, she pulls out her phone and tells me they stop taking drug test at 3:30, the time was 3:35. The website clearly states walk-ins are welcome and lab closes at 4pm. Labcorp needs to do better at hiring, They need to hire professional people who are competent and not lazy. They seem bothered that we are there to seek services. Ghetto and rude is how I would describe the 3 employees from Labcorp that I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with that day. I wish employers would refer drug testing to a lab that is professional. I will never conduct business with them again. Disappointing experience at this Labcorp

I understand how frustrating last-minute clients can be, as I’ve been in that position myself. However, a little professionalism and courtesy go a long way. Instead of being dismissive, a simple acknowledgment of the situation would have made a difference. I hope this location works on improving how they handle situations like this while maintaining a level of respectful communication—I was there for a drug screening test & the check-in kiosks weren’t working. During that time a couple already there called for assistance twice. At 4:01 PM, Emily refused to check me in claiming I wasn’t there before 4—despite the contrary. Screening test stop at 4:00pm, unbeknownst to me at the time.
