Very first Hobby Lobby I've ever had a bad experience with. First of all upon checking out we were not given all our items we paid for, and didn't realize until getting all the way back home, so we called, and were told they'd put the items aside with my wife's name on them. I just went back to pick them up, and was told BY THE MANAGER (DEON) that I must be in the wrong store, as if I'm completely oblivious to the world I'm living in! Now it makes sense why they couldn't even get what I paid for in the bag! She asked if I had the receipt, which I would have brought with me if I hadn't been told they'd put it aside for us. I told her that I could have my wife send a picture of the receipt, but for whatever reason that wasn't good enough. So now my ONLY option would be to drive back over there AGAIN for $10 worth of stupid Christmas lights! I spend more than that in gas getting there, and they could care less about my time, which is WAY MORE valuable than the lights! Not a huge deal, as it was only two small inexpensive boxes of miniature Christmas lights, that I will easily just go ELSEWHERE to purchase AGAIN. I just would have rather them told us "oh well, your loss", but instead I wasted my time, and my gas driving back for nothing. Honestly I loathe having to leave poor reviews, but I despise poor customer service, and someone else wasting my time! Thanks for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad the worst customer service experience from a christian store this evening at this Hobby Lobby. Store manager and cashier lack a service attitude. I came back to the store to return an item. There was only one register open. There were two other customers ahead of me in the lane. I approached the store manager and asked if she could process my one item return. The store manager refused to help me. I returned to the line. Another cashier opened another lane and announced she could take the next customer in the line. By this time there were three other customers behind me I was next so I moved to her lane. When I said, "I have a return." She said she could not help me and sent me back to the line I was originally in. Now I am having to go to the end of the line sine she made me loose my spot. She said I could go back to my original spot, but that's just seems rude for me to cut in front of someone because of her mistake. I'm am not comfortable doing that. There should have been other lanes open. The return/exchange lane should not be the only lane open to help all the customers. It should be available for a customer making a return. Sadly the shift manager doesn't know how to manage people or the store front. Very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAccidentally spilled my drink in the fabric department today. I picked up the cup but couldnāt find the lid, was also a bit in shock from the spill that I immediately went to ask for help. I offered to clean it up and the young latina girl with glasses and black hair in the fabric department met me with just straight up attitude. I asked for paper towels or a mop, she gave me a nasty look and said āNo⦠I WILL clean itšāā¦. if its policy for employees to clean spills just say that. Obviously hearing her utter annoyance, I asked again to ONCE AGAIN be met with a disgusting tone and nasty faces. OK, YOU clean it then! I walk away since I obviously cannot help just for her to quite literally yell out loud, āYOU COULDNāT EVEN PICK UP THE LID????ā⦠Are you kidding me? Youāre gonna sit there and complain about the spill but now even let me clean it up or AT LEAST ask me to grab it? Make it make sense. Either suck it up and do your job or let ME clean it. Unfortunately I didnāt get the girlās name. And after the spill and cleaning happened, I continued to hear her talk ill about me to her coworkers. This incident happened at around 1:30-2:00 pm on Friday, July 11 of 2025. This location is always full...
