Land of Sleep — Attraction in Venice

We bought a Simmons Lucinda mattress from Land of Sleep in 2012. The mattress was great for the first 6 months after which it started to loose support and body location indentation. It got progressively worse and causing back pain. After a year we went to the Store and mentioned what happened, they came to our house and measured the indentation and agreed that the mattress was bad. They offered for us to replace the mattress, we opted for the same mattress thinking the first was a manufacture flaw. The replacement also was good for about 6-8 month and the same failure occurred. Again we approached the store and they evaluated the mattress and agreed it was a bad one. They also agreed to replace this mattress. We opted to go with a different manufacturer Serta iSeries Expression. They did not have it in stock but ordered it for us. We paid the difference in price - getting full credit for what we paid for the original mattress, and the mattress was delivered within 30 minutes of settling the difference. Great customer service- I believe above and beyond. They have 2 stores - one in Venice FL and one in Sarasota Fl. Will highly recommend this...

I have multiple sclerosis and traumatic brain injury and one of my newest and disabling issues is vertigo and issues with balance. We have had a Sleep Number bed for about 11 years and I knew it was time to segue to an adjustable bed to get a handle on my sleep patterns and deal with health issues. We went in this afternoon to buy an iComfort (I had done a lot of research on the brand and it was recommended by a dear friend). It turns out that after trying a bunch of different mattresses and some adjustable bases, we ended up with a Beautyrest hybrid in a split king. They would have delivered it today if they had it in stock ... but it will be available in about a week. We were so glad to have Tina lead us to try various mattresses. We found our split king with one plush, one firm. I couldn't have imagined that. Goodbye moldy Sleep Number M7 (yes, mold is inside the foam). Way too complicated for a mattress too when moving. We cannot wait for the relief a new bed with an adjustable frame....

The best and only place to shop for a mattress. Tried the usual places but so happy we came here. John and entire staff were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Spent a lot of time with us. We tried lots of styles. Finally bought and scheduled FREE delivery and takeaway. Right on time! Unfortunately, after 3 days sleeping on it, we knew we had made the wrong mattress choice. One phone call, a quick store visit by my husband, a FaceTime with me and the replacement was on it’s way. Arrived10 minutes after my husband got home. Took original back and the price difference was CREDITED to our account the next day. That’s right, replacement was less expensive! And they did this all yesterday morning, beating out Elsa’s wind and rain!! The entire staff from Sales to Delivery is professional , courteous and truly understanding of their customer’s needs. Would give them 10...
