Response to the response: I’ve never said nothing about internet. I had internet the problem was Groupon not responding the chat. The chat that I was trying to show you to help you understand that it was not stated there like you said. The tipping is not mandatory and I have the right to chose how much and when. As I said to you personally I was going to gave him a tip but after the hole situation of course I choose not to. You cannot treat customers like this and expect the best because is the right thing. I still don’t understand how you can be so disrespectful and demand things. Learn English, communicate with the customer, treat them kindly and then expect something as exchange please! And please understand nobody is obligated to pay tip if they don’t feel is properly.

Had a Groupon for my birthday here. 30 minutes of a foot massage. Nobody here speaks English only Chinese so that was weird you don’t know were to go and what to do. I had to guess the massage ended. The place had no AC and an old sofa really uncomfortable but the massage was fine so I didn’t said anything. The problem was when I was leaving. I asked the women on the front if she need my coupon again and she want to obligate me to pay 20% of tip with the limited English and bad manners. If you yeld at me 20% pay and only this 2 words when I’m kind and patient I will not follow your order. She insisted I can’t leave without giving her the money and that was mandatory. I read all the fine print and of course not a word about this so of I decided not to give a penny. I explained her that the massage guy was ok and he has no fault on this but because of her and her shady methods I will not pay anything. I opened a case on Groupon. I felt unsafe and scared. This is the way they make money by scaring you. She can understand English but no speaking unless is for asking money… so weird I went for a relaxing time and I leave shaking and scared on my car. This was THE WORST MASSAGE WE HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT BUY THEIR GROUPON!! Just got out of a couple massage with my husband very excited for the beginning of our anniversary weekend and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IT'S A SCAM. THEY DID NOT GO TO MASSAGE SCHOOL. It was SO PAINFUL and AWKWARD. My husband's back was hurting coming in and it was WORSE the second we sat up. I was fine walking in and now I have neck pain!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

Response to their Response: Multiple times I had asked the male who wa giving me the massage, to please put less pressure on my neck, shoulders, and back. The male never lightened up. It was very painful. We both ended up needing to go IMMEDIATELY to Hand and Stone Massage in order to fix what had been done. We paid for 2 Massages in one day which is something we never do but we ended up being worse out once we left your location. Tips are earned, not demanded. Arrived 10min early as requested, there were no other customers at the time, yet they took us to the room at 5 after, then came in to start around 10 after. Wife requested focus on legs and feet, they never touched her arms, spent more time on her neck/back/face of all things. The guy working on me also ignored request of focus on lumbar and legs. They just stuck to what was likely their plain routine. They both left the room numerous times. My guy left 3xs just to answer those coming into the building! The hot stones were just warm, and all they did was place them on the spine and cover them with a towel for a few minutes while doing hamstring. Then barely touched my quads but insisted on rubbing my scalp?!?! At this time there was a toddler that started crying in the back?!
