The Lisbon — Hotel in Kissimmee

PLEASE READ BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!

Hello all!, My partner and I recently stayed at The Lisbon from 12/1-12/8 (2024). The day we checked in we were given a quaint 2 bed studio. The room didn’t have a kitchenette, but that was manageable. We loved the area and were even informed of nightly security, so that we wouldn’t worry about our car or items.

Things started to go down hill that night when my partner killed FIFTEEN thumb sized roaches. I immediately called and went down to the front desk in order to get this resolved. The girl at the front left a note saying pest control would be in our room first thing in the morning. Well, that never happened. We went down to the building manager and she said their shipment was delayed, but that they should be getting in the chemicals to kill the roaches by Monday. Still, never happened. We fought off roaches EVERY SINGLE DAY that we stayed there. We notified the staff multiple times of the roaches. We were MORE than happy to leave when we did on Sunday.

We also had a neighbor that was screaming at her partner at all hours of the night and day! So not very quiet at all.

The only problem being our awesome neighbor! He was wonderful to us and our lil fur babies.

If you value your sanity, hate bugs/roaches, and want an actual dependable place to stay then simply...

Lisbon hotel It is a good place to live, especially when you have a family because it is safe and cheap. The staff and manager do a great job keeping the place clean and safe to live. Also the staff is warm and friendly and they accommodate people based off of the needs that they have not based off of medical records but based off of the needs of what they see upon the individuals this is a lovely place to be everybody is on good behavior everybody here is on the up and out there’s no cops no crime no drama no police this is a place where if you live long enough you can raise your kids this is a lovely environment and it’s so close to 192 and steak ‘n Shake in Walmart and Aldi‘s. Which means that this is just a wonderful location and I pray and hope that somebody reads this and comes Check it out for a week or two I guarantee you will have fun you’re only 15 minutes away from Disney World and there’s so many other attractions by it is a lovely place...

This is not a hotel but a residence. Flat rate for filth. Need a temporary place to stay for a couple of weeks until my apartment is done. At first the guy at the front desk was very professional and very nice. Showed me a couple of rooms until I found one that was acceptable. Called and was told that the room was mine. Get there to check in and it was rented to someone else. Ok not the end of the world. The front desk clerk, a woman this time greeted us with an attitude. She offered me a room that I had seen already and I stayed that the bathroom in that particular room was falling apart. She stated that none of our rooms are falling apart and contacted the manager. They had a lengthy conversation in their native language. She then told me that she could not rent me a room.. she probably did me a favor because it was a place that neither me nor my dogs could have been...
