China Bell Asian Restaurant — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Let me start by saying I HAD BEEN ordering from this place for 3 years. Their food is good and their prices fair. But on COUNTLESS occasions over the years, they forget to put something in the bag, whether it be the side of rice or a soup or even an entire entree. When I tell them, I get questioned or I get an argument like “it’s in there.” They go through the bag and SURE ENOUGH, it’s missing. The restaurant is right by my house so the hassle was ALMOST worth the aggravation. This last time, I got delivery through a 3rd party and all 3 entrees were missing rice. I called, spoke to a woman who argued back and forth with me about it being in there. She put me on with the manager. He argued the same with me, basically calling me a liar, and then raised his voice and said “what do you want me to do about it?!? Get in my car and deliver it?! No. You ordered delivery and we don’t do that so you can drive over here and get it. ” I explained to BOTH people that I would have been satisfied with them taking my name and giving me the rice at a later date, but after the manager’s horrible attitude towards a LOYAL CUSTOMER, I wanted an apology, and I asked for one. He snapped back with “whatever just come get your rice whenever!” And hung up. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life and I will NEVER be ordering from them again...and I am making sure to...

I was in China Bell restaurant tonight early earlier and I ordered the food the lady brought it out to my table for I am disabled and as I was eating a cockroach came from underneath the table up on top of my table and with my leg I kick the table and the roach fell off onto the floor and ran into a crack. I went to tell the Chinese lady that came to the counter and she came out and said thank you for telling me and I said well hold on I'm not hungry now because of the roach and she said quote I suppose you want a refund and I said yes because I have lost my appetite. She rolled her eyes and became very angry it was obvious and she took my tray and through it into the garbage can. I had only eaten one bite of the happy family and half of my egg roll and I had a diet Coke. After throwing my tray in the garbage she came back with my refund and she had charged me for the egg roll that I had taken just taken only a biteout of and the diet coke. I will never eat there ever ever again the kitchen looked dirty and it was my first time eating there never again lesson learned after this review I will be calling the health...

This being close to my work, I have eaten alot of there lunch specials here. Always see same owner/ workers here, and food is consistantly good. It is a great lunch time value, comes with can of soda , for 6 dollars and change. Took the wife today , and she was very happy with her wings. Crispy,juicy,well seasoned,fresh and large whole wings. She had fried rice left over for another meal tomarrow. I had the shrimp foo young, and thought mine was delicious. LOTS OF SHRIMP, Tasty gravy, sauce, and great refried rice. I would get the white rice with this next time, because of the large tasty gravy. Mine ,I cleaned the plate. Always good,...
