I was lucky to have support from Mid-Atlantic Technology Professionals when I was working on a project for one of their business clients. I needed to work remotely, but was having a seriously difficult time accessing Client's system properly. After speaking to him over the phone and trying to describe what was going on, Trevor from Mid-Atlantic Technology was able to immediately connect with my machine, diagnose the reason the computers weren't communicating correctly, and (with my permission,of course) was able to log on and remotely fix an issue with MY computer over the internet! Wow! Just Wow! I called Mid-Atlantic Technology Professionals on a Saturday and left a voicemail message asking if they could look at repairing my home computer that was failing to reboot. Zach called us back on the following Monday morning and the computer was dropped off around 12:30 that afternoon. After looking at the computer, Zach called with his estimate and was told to proceed with the repair. At 3:30 (2 hours later), Zach called and said the computer was repaired and ready to go! They were professional and extremely knowledgeable, and I'm thrilled with the experience....
