Nike Factory Store - Canutillo — Attraction in Canutillo

Used to really like the store, I go every time I travel out here for work, which is probably every 1.5 to 2 months. I usually buy a pair every time i come. Not today. Have bought both regular priced ones and sale ones. What i really liked was the sale wall where you get an additional discount added to the marked sale price. Could get some good bargains. Today I came and checked out the sale wall and noticed the additional markdown signs were gone. When I asked about it was told that they quit doing the additional discount and shoes were priced as marked. Same prices as last week when I came and they had the additional markdown. If they had the additional markdown I would have bought a pair, but without it i can get the same shoe cheaper online from 3rd party sellers that authenticate.with an undamaged box.The discount wall no longer has deals, especially with the box tops torn off/removed. Pretty much makes this store not worth going to if you want bargains. Might as well just shop online. When you go to an outlet mall and a factory outlet store, you go for bargains. Full retail ticket with maybe $10 off $100 shoes. I was given a $100 gift voucher 13 mths ago. We have been out to the ‘outlet’ 5 or 6 times. The journey is over 70 miles and today in the discounted shoe walls, there was only one (1) pair of size 13 shoes for men.

I tried on several pairs of shoes, but nothing was suitable. Went through the women’s section, hoping to end the pain, by spending our money on my wife, but nothing but lame or full ticket items..

I check weekly online for possible Air running shoes, but after so many hours and many gallons of Gas.. not a single pair of shoes.!

Two stars, as two years ago, in December, we found some great priced items and that experience has gone from 5* down to 2*.

I don’t recommend this outlet Nike store. The management or policies must have changed and it is as others have stated, a dead loss. Save your time, gas and mostly, your money and try Ross, or another discount store rather than the Official Nike Outlet Store in El Paso Texas.

This NIKE Store doesnt even deserve 1star. First off, I called the night before to inquire about a pair of Jordans, the sales associate told me they had plenty of sizes in stock, my size included. I drove over an hour to purchase my shoes, only to arrive to the store and have to wait 20 minutes past the opening time, for the employees to open the door! They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. When I asked the manager where the jordans were located in the store, he was very rude, and told me that the shoes were there in December. I explained to him I just called the store, and his associate told me they did. Something seemed very fishy. I'm a big fan of Nike, but I will NEVER purchase anything from this store.
