I loved this store for years. Coming to this store now was the worse experience. They have so many workers standing around talking to other coworkers. Instead of doing customer service. No one greeted me, asked if I need help, or sales going on. Several made eye contact with me but still didn’t offer me their assistance. After being In the store for a hour. A gentleman name Dario asked if we needed any assistance. He helped me the whole time. High five dude! Your a way better sales associate than the women there. Upset that the cashier lady set me up a new account when I’ve had one for years. Didn’t take the time to look me up. Then the icing on the cake was they left the security tag on a shirt that I bought. I was wondering why I was buzzing in every store I went too. Til I got hotel and notice they left it on the shirt. I would give five stars to Dario. But as a store they don’t deserve any stars. But Google...

Don’t not shop at this location bunch of liars and horrible rude associates at this location. They lie about return policies beware you might have someone tell one thing and other person tell you something totally different.order a pair of mk shoes and was first told I needed the card I pay with to return and when I went back with card I was then told my shoes was used and can’t be return same shoes and never worn! How bad of sales they must be having when they lie to customers about returns to avoid them I would of bought I different item had I was treated correctly but due to lack of customer care and laziness they just didn’t want to help me or take my return. Please improve your customer service ASAP or just remove location completely I got the service and help from cielo vista location no problem even left with a new pair of shoes and watch I recommend Michael kors location in cielo vista...

So I've only done a phone order with this location. I've never actually visited the store. But I will have to say that the associate Jae by far is the most helpful Michael Kors employee ever. I've gone to multiple Michael Kors Stores and Outlet and never had such an amazing customer service experience. Most other stores make me feel like I never want to shop there again for the lack of customer service and the rude employees there. Jae is the complete opposite. I was looking for a particular purse in a particular color that had been discontinued. The Michael Kors people in San Marco would not help me locate it so I had to call out on my own. Luckily I got Jae, she sent me photos to make sure we were talking about the right item, and she kept me posted on when it would ship and even wrapped it for me.
