Oceano Coastal Spa — Attraction in Half Moon Bay

Ambiance is nice and menu. However not when 75% of the menu is not available due to staff being untrained or incapable of completing services. I went with a head and neck nirvana instead - I was refused to be provided higher pressure by massage therapist when repeatedly requesting more on my neck and shoulders. When I raised the issue at the front desk they said it’s more of a “relaxing” service than a massage, yes my muscles would feel more relaxed if they had more pressure applied on them.
