I had rented this condo resort unit # K-1 in September 2020 for a period of 6months, this unit is very close to the beach and is furnished with relatively olrder furniture, truly uncomfortable beds sofas etc. We started having problems from day one the cleaning crew had not cleaned the rooms and bathrooms too good we called then they came next day and re-cleaned it, we bought food and put it in the fridge however after two days we noticed the upper portion of the fridge is freezing everything in their was freezing we lowered the temperature and noticed that our food is spoiling, we called the this property management co. So many times finally we went to their office in Panama city told them we have been leaving messages and no one is returning our calls , at that point they had scheduled the maintenance staff to come and look at the fridge, the fan, sink etc, when they came they fixed it accept the fridge he just said this fridge is so old it can't be fixed, it should be replaced, well they have not done anything about it, we can't really put too much food in there. Wi fi is so slow, and finally we noticed that our kids and me and my husband are itching, and from time to time we notice small BLOOD Stains on the sheets, finally after making several unanswered calls we went to their office and asked for pest control, they sent a professional pestcontol company and after inspection he said yes you have BED BUG infestation, you can imagine how frightening this situation was for us,we went back to their office and wrote a notice that we need to do something immediately since we can no longer sleep, sit, or do anything in this unit, as of now we have not heard from anyone from this property management co, I just think they just don't give a dam, here we are stranded and trying to find a place to sleep for the night while these management company is spending healthy time with their family, how in-humain can they get, they just take your monies and write you a lease and then you are on your own. Read moreWhen checking in we had an additional $604 charge that was not disclosed to us before hand. The dishes and floor was dirty we had to clean the food off of dishes in the cabinet before we could use them and sweep the floors. The microwave and vent over the sovereign didn't work we cald to report it and we were told maintenance would come fix it but they never showed up. The refrigerator top shelf was broken and duct taped. None of the TV's had had remotes to work the TV just the cable box. The pots and pans are all warped. The ceiling in the master bath over the shower is in bad shape. The front door wouldn't stay shut due to loose screws I had to fix because most of the time you can't get ahold of anyone. The arm bands that are required were not all here. A room for 12 and we only had 7 bands and only allowed 2 beach chairs. The air conditioner fan doesn't blow so it gets hot in the rooms. The lights half work. We had rented for a 3 bedroom one of the rooms has access to the outer hall and was locked when we arrived without the code. The French blinds were missing strips. The closet door in the master bedroom doesn't shut right. There is not enough parking and the parking spaces and parking garage are way to small for the full sized vehicles that are here. We ended up paying over $4,000 for the condo but had I seen accurate photos I would have never stayed, the true value is about half of less than what we paid. I would never recommend LSI rentals.

Read moreIF you value your health do not rent from LSI Southwind K-1. These people are so unresponsive, so careless. My wife and I with our 2 very young sons rented this unit from LSI Vacation Rentals in September 2020 for a period of 6 months so we can look for house to purchase, when we were at their office we paid them in cash however since their enternet and printer wasn't working they told us they will email the lease to us so we can sign it, we believed them,they didn't even give us a receipt for the cash and deposit, we entered the unit and signed up the kids in school and started to get to know the city, the refrigerator wasn't working, mail box key was not given to us, we would call and call and they would not answer we left messages and they didn't reply, so everytime we had to go to their office and if we were lucky we find someone to help us. My kids were getting bites all over their bodies almost from the 1st week we arrived, at first we thought it was mesqueto, but our ordeal continued we finally asked them to send the pest control to check the unit and when they did we were told we were infested with BED BUGS. We were devastated since we never had this issue, now we have to move from this unit and disinfect everything so we don't take the bed bugs with us, they are unresponsive and trying to blame it on us.
