I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with the repeated failure to adhere to your posted opening hours. Your business is advertised to open at 8:30 AM on most days, yet on several occasions, including today 12-14-2024, no staff have been present until almost 8:40 AM. On Saturdays, when hours are listed as 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, delays in opening are equally frequent and disruptive.

This lack of punctuality is not only unprofessional but also inconsiderate to your clients. I, along with several others, have experienced extended waits outside your location, and I have personally witnessed customers leaving due to this issue. This reflects poorly on your business and leads to a loss of trust and patronage.

I've been going to the same barber shop for over four years. If you asked me to rate this place from 2 years ago to 4 years ago it would be a 4.5-5 stars easily. Over the last year this place has gone through some extreme changes that the owner can not hide behind. The best barbers have left, I wont name them, but if you have been going there you know who they were. The building has had its fair share of problems from broken AC unit, backed up septic, to electric problems. I truly believe the owner just has a hard time managing his barbers correctly and making sure there's enough skin in the game for them to succeed.
