Cook Out — Restaurant in Beaufort

Had my first visit today and only one person spoke to me and my husband. The big black girl didn't say not one word the whole time we stood there. The tall black guy who I'm assuming is the manager didn't say a word either.

As soon as the two customers in front of us started walking out the door, the big black girl said have a nice day. Once me and my husband started to leave, nothing was said to us. I think customer service is the girl's weak point and she needs to find a job where she can work ALONE. Maybe look at a mirror and stare at her own nasty reflection or something....

The customer service is terrible. As far as the food, the burger was good but the fries are awful! They are too salty, which I didn't want to finish and they left me feeling nauseated.

This is the second time I’ve been to Cook Out in Beaufort, SC, and once again I experienced extremely rude behavior. I asked for a simple refill, and the Indian girl working there made a completely inappropriate comment about how fast I drank my first one. That is not only unprofessional but also insulting. When I asked another cashier to speak to her, I was completely ignored. She claimed her name is Kelly and that she’s a manager, but based on her attitude, I find that very hard to believe. I am shocked and disappointed that this location allows such disrespectful behavior. The food may be cheap, but no amount of savings is worth being treated this way. I will not be returning, and I’ll be sharing this experience...

Very slow drive through. Drive through menu is confusing. The person taking orders is mean and doesn’t like people. The food is less than second class. I gave one star because I couldn’t do -10 for a score. Will NEVER waste my money there again. I don’t think the woman working the window should be employed where doesn’t have to talk to people. And she was training a new employee. So there goes quality down the crapper along with the very sorry food. The whole experience was not worth the 25.00 for two tiny sandwiches, poorly prepared, soggy cold fries and over cooked chicken tenders. Not tender when fried rock hard.
