I took my computer in to replace the fans, after they were replaced my computers screen would not turn on. I had turned on the screen the day I brought it in to be repaired, and it worked then and had never had problems with its screen before. They tried to fix it for about a month and weren't able to figure out what was wrong. In the end the parts to repair it would have been too expensive (I would have been responsible for the cost despite not being the one who broke it) so I ended up just picking it back up with the nonfunctional screen. My family has been coming to this shop for years, but this was the first time I needed them for my laptop. I had a broken hinge that made it so I could have shattered my screen if it had not been closed properly, and though there was a mishap on parts not arriving, as soon as they were in, I was able to get in and get same day fixes done.
