So this review is a lesson to everyone who complains about bad customer service. The key is being understanding. I work in a diffrent form of customer service, so i understand that, A, mistakes happen, and from there it depends on two factors... the customer being a reasonable person, and the business willing to make things right if things go wrong. I placed an order where, instead of 2 crunch wrap supremes, they rang me up for 2 chalupa supremes. They realized the error as my debit card was being rung up, and tried to stop it. After the fact, i simply said, "it's all good, just give me the chalupas i "paid for" (since that is how it got rung up) and i'll be happy." So when i got my items, i was delighted to find that, not only did i get the items i paid for, but i also got the crunch wrap supremes i wanted originally, and an order of churos. So thank you so much to the excellent staff who comped me more food than me and my family could stand, but this is once again a reminder to people, be nice to people in customer service. Well the app kept having to reload the coupon Everytime the screen went blank, so had to reload... Well their WiFi sucked too! So we had to try several times to reload the coupon, but ultimately had to resort to 4G which also was very spotty in the area as well -_- When the coupon would not load the woman took several customers (perfectly acceptable), but then when we were back in front of her she told us she could not take the coupon! Ā Ā Ā Read more$30 FLOP AT the Grass Valley Hwy Taco Bell. Ordered online and had a terrible experience at the drive-thru pickup. Employee must have opened the potato tacos six times and still got them wrong. All potato tacos had the wrong ingredients and one of them was made with chicken not potato. There was a hair in the cinnamon churros. I waited at the drive-thru at least 25 minutes for a pre-order placed 15 minutes in advance. And as they packed my order in a paper bag squished to death The drive-thru attendant still said sorry for the long wait we wanted to make sure your order was right. The order was far from right.
