I was truly disappointed. I knew by the phone conversation, the store caterd to young folks, but I'm already irritated because you are not going through my items in front of me. I've already counted my items beforehand, and written down a description, just in case things go left. But out of 30 items, you only take 5 and you tell me, "we're not supposed to or don't usually (i forgot which)tell you what we took!!" That makes no sense!! Why in the stone hill wouldn't you tell someone what you took out their own stuff?? Please make that make sense! The associate saw I was a bit irritated, and decided to show me the items they chose. I got $19 and some change. Wow! Don't get me wrong; I was blessed that I received something. The struggle is real, but It makes more sense to show the seller what you purchased & why, so they can know the types of clothes young folks are into. I'm not young; I don't specialize in their style!! I just thought they were into being half naked...Lol.
Meanwhile, I noticed what your items were priced at in your store. Yes, I think it is wiser to shop there, but selling to you, won't happen again. First & second impressions are lasting ones for me.
I did call another store and talked with them before my visit. The lady was very nice and had really great customer service skills. She told me that we show you what we take and why. I never revealed it to this store. The only reason I didn't go there is because no one would ever answer the phone š¤. Therefore, someone didn't get the same memo. With me, everyone needs to be on one accord. Please make things make sense to the seller.

I was in the store for about 20 minutes finding some okay things. For the owners to supposedly pride themselves in how the store look..where is the color coordination?? Everything just stuck on the racks, but thatās not even what the review is about because I was finding some okay things. Iāve walked pass the front counter maybe three times going though each isle, and a lady stops me and say āI didnāt know that was a dog in thereā I smile and say yes because like I said most people donāt suspect a dog, but she proceeds to say āoh dogs are not allowed only service dogs with the service label onā ā¦whereās that written at on the door? I even googled was Platoās closet pet friendly it said yes and even went as far to search for the āpolicyā and thereās not one to be found. Something made up. I would completely understand if my dog on a leash wondering around on the floor be sheās secured in a STROLLER not making one sound. They were IGNORING customers waiting on them, talking about inappropriate things and their personal lives. I had to say something for them to even acknowledge me. They were even going through items other customers brought it to put to the side for themselves and not put on the floor. When I came back to pick my items up they only picked 1 item out of a big bag and wanted to offer me $12 for shoes that were still new pricing at over $200. I told them thatās okay and I wanted the item back. She still went through with the transaction and I reminded her that I want the item back. She had an attitude smashed her hand on the cash register and question me again and I repeated what I said. She looked at her coworkers to show her how to void the transaction then they brought me back my items then called them ugly and busted. They started talking about me as I left out. I just find it crazy that 3-5 employees were needed for a mid day shift just talk to talk about all of the customers that were in the store.
