I will NOT patronize this location again! I placed a SECURED online order that was paid for through a SECURED method of payment on a REGISTERED account that I provided a CONFIRMATION for. I was told I had to sign a receipt because of theft problems. Again, I provided a confirmation number and was told I had to SPELL OUT my name ! The employees (kids) acted as if I were trying to steal food that I ordered and paid for! The GM Sakinah needs to be retrained on customer service! She came out to the counter acting very aggressive and ignorant! She said I had to sign for the food or she was going to cancel my order & refund me! I asked for the operations manager & they called him on a cell phone vs. providing me with a number. Miguel (the operations mgr) proceeds to tell me this is for their location & that I can sign for an already paid for order or they will cancel my order! The EMPLOYEES are the ones that should be ACCOUNTABLE & trained better when it comes to making sure that orders are properly given to the right customers by CONFIRMING the confirmation number of the order and THE EMPLOYEE should be made to sign off that they gave the right order to the RIGHT customer! I should have NEVER been treated like I was a thief! The GM & Operations mgr of this location really need to be RETRAINED on how to properly take care of customers! I called the corporate office, and the representative even said that they had never heard of such "policy" and this incident should have never occurred! The manager who called me the next morning was pleasant and offered her apologies on behalf of the two ignorant managers the previous night! She definitely knows how to provide customer service & care for THE CUSTOMER! I will definitely DRIVE pass this location! DO NOT GO HERE....YOU WILL BE TREATED...

I placed the order at 11:53AM, received a confirmation email stating it would be ready at 12:04PM, and arrived around 12:20 to pick up my order. After waiting over 10 minutes for the cashier to tend to 3 people, I advised I was getting my online order. She handed me the order and my fried pickles were not in the bag. I told her I was missing my item & asked if she would mind having my fries remade as well as they were barely warm (my own fault for showing up late) and would be cold by the time the fried pickles were done. She told the manager who then took the order, threw it in the trash, and said the whole order would need to be remade. I took a seat and waited over another 15 minutes for my order to be remade. At 12:47, I went to the counter and requested a refund. They then presented me with the fried pickles... and nothing else. I asked about my meal and they said I would have to wait for them to make it. I said, "No, I've already been here more than 30 minutes. I put in an online order to avoid a wait and I've been waiting. This is the second time yall have not made my food correctly. I am not waiting anymore". Both the cashier and the manager had attitudes about my not wanting to wait. I was advised to go online for a refund as they can't refund online orders in store. I have submitted 3 REQUESTS and have yet to even here back and their corporate number does not work. This service from this location and this company as a whole are horrible. I still have not gotten my money back and when I called today, I spoke with a polite female manager who advised me to dispute the transaction through my bank. This is absolutely absurd. Read moreI'm waiting at the drive through menu for 5 minutes, there are cars behind me. No one answers at the menu. There is a sign above the menu that says to pull forward if you have difficulty ordering so I pull forward to the window. The lady tells me a price and I say that I actually need to order because no one was responding at the menu. She tells me to pull back around and she will take my order. I ask if I could just place the order since that would put me behind all the cars I was supposed to be in front of. She gets the manager(saturday night shift 6/7/25) who comes and ask me what I need, and I explain the same thing. She says they can't keep the people behind me waiting and I ask, what about all the time I have waited now with no service. She gets nasty and ask me what do I want to order. Before I could even get the word salad out of my mouth good, she snaps and says they don't have salads anymore. I just said thank you and drove off. I knew that they weren't going to have anything that wanted because they didn't want to serve me. As a manager, one should know how to resolve a situation as this when they are the cause for the inconvenience. If you're busy let the person know you're there abs just need a few more moments. Don't just say nothing then get upset when someone pulls to the window, for all I know the speaker could have been inoperable. They could have taken my order and I could have waited on my food in a parking space as is commonly what I have to do at this location anyway. Poor service, poor leadership and sky high prices.
