As a frequent traveler, this was the WORST experience I've ever had! After checking in, I go to my room & it just felt like a nasty room. There were 3 adults & a baby so after driving for hours we were tired & just ready for bed. We go into the beds & then all of a sudden BED BUGS start crawling on the walls. We turned all the lights on & they started coming out of the cracks in the walls & from corners of the ceiling. I go to the front desk to show them that we had bed bugs, they did apologize, but it felt like they didn't care or that it was normal. They just moved me two rooms down. After moving all of our things to the 2nd room, SAME thing happened but this time it was really late & like mentioned before we had a baby, so we just went to bed since we had to get up in a few short hours. Sleeping was horrible & not comfortable at all. We kept waking up scratching & just making sure nothing was crawling on us. The breakfast they had was nothing at all. I went in there & all they had was cereal. It stated it was going to have a lot more than that. But I will never be back to this hotel & I'm really sad that I wasted all this money on a room where I felt like it wasn't deserved....
Read moreI come from what many would consider a “boujee” lifestyle so I take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously. Many of the reviews you see for this Motel aren’t even for this location and that is unfair for this location. This Motel is one of the nicest motels I’ve ever stayed at. It is an older motel so of course some things and a bit dated but this is ATLANTA…… BELIEVE ME it gets FAR worse. They do a very good job keeping these rooms clean. Are they perfect? No but that’s why this isn’t a 5 star hotel. It’s a MOTEL yet many come here expecting it to be the Hilton or something. Rooms aside, what makes this hotel worth every penny and what keep me coming back every time is the lovely lady at the front desk who will greet you with open arms and a lovely smile. Thank you Marilyn for making my stays easy, relaxing, and fun. Working on the road can be stressful and lonely and having a nice smile and someone to talk to is worth more than money can buy. Give this place a try y’all. I promise you guys will...
Read moreWe decided to stay here while we were evacuating the hurricane and they had claimed they had two rooms available but when we got there the lady at the front was just grouchy and rude sayin that "it wasnt coming up on her screen". So after sorting that out, we walk in and the entire place reaks of cigarettes and a vomit odor. Our beds were wrinkled and weren't put together nicely at all, and the sheets of our bed had dog fur on them. Orange stains on the three provided towls in the bathroom, as well as mold growing in the shower door. We didn't expect much from the breakfast area, and it was just as mediocre as we thought it would be. After we had gotten breakfast, we came back to see that our room was already getting cleaned. BEFORE WE EVEN CHECKED OUT. Overall a low budget place and is most definitely NOT "...
