Screen House Barbecue — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Out of all of the food trucks at the event, my fiancé and I decided to get into this line. After waiting a total of 2 1/2 hours, paying for our food, missing some of the events we came to see, and hearing from other customers in line that they were out of macaroni and cheese, I asked for my money back and she (the owner?) said they can’t give refunds and she continued to ignore me and take others orders. So you can take people’s money but can’t give it back. We can’t get that time back of the shows we payed for to see and didn’t get to see them and we went hungry for another 17 hours. Also, saw her the next day and we walked by and asked for a tiny cup of ranch and she made a comment to my fiancé that we got someone else’s food and asked for a ranch from her. We had to ask someone to wait on us still while standing there. She still didn’t give us our money back!!! Kept saying come back...

So we’re currently doing a no meat diet. So my daughter and I tried the collard greens, potato salad, and macaroni at 5.99 per side. I was so upset after spending almost $30 at the taste. The greens were seasoned sweet that made them look dark brown, it had bone’s hidden in them so obviously was cooked in meat yet I was told they weren’t. The potato salad was overly tart with mustard and pickles. The macaroni and cheese was decent but not enough to fill us up after the disappointment from the other sides. So this was my first time trying this restaurant and I found it through the other amazing reviews so it’s only right that I leave one as well! I’ll say, this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT at all! I got the chicken and rib plate with mac n cheese and greens and it was FANTASTIC! The customer service is everything and that’s important to me at any business!! I got banana pudding for dessert and EVERYTHING was so delicious!! No complaints at all! Def will be...
