I had to make a last minute appointment to get bloodwork for my mine month old daughter. There was a young man in the waiting room having issues with setting his appointment, and was asked by Katrina what he was there for, and he replied a drug test for employment. It was 4:05 and the cutoff for samples was 4:00, but she went in the back to ask if they could make an exception since he was there for 40 minutes quietly sitting without anyone knowing he was there. That was so incredibly kind of her! When I went back at around the same time, Maria was incredibly kind, patient, and excited to see me and my daughter for our visit and even asked us a couple small talk questions about why we were there. It was a very warm atmosphere! I asked for help with my daughter because she is strong, and Maria AND Katrina came to our rescue!! When it was time to go, my daughter had broken into a sweat with struggling because we had to take many vials of blood for her allergy panel, Maria brought us a cup of cold water so I could put it in my baby's bottle for the ride home. I could not have had a more all around pleasing atmosphere, assistance, expertise, and care! I will recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to...
Read moreJust moved closer to this location. I used to visit the one by memorial city mall and they honestly were the best. This location is slow and really lacks customer service. I went in today with my son and daughter for routine yearly bloodwork and they made my daughter wait in the waiting room while my son did his labs. Never did this before at the other location even with COVID. We always arrive before they open and are the first in line. I understand appointments come first but I watched the tv screen that showed the order of customers and my daughter was right under my sons name. Well after they did my son I asked the lab tech could my daughter come back and she said no, we had to wait for her name to be called. We went back out in the waiting room and her name disappeared from the tv screen after about 20 more minutes of waiting and people being called back that arrived after we did and they didn’t have an appointment. Mind you I’m still waiting and even asked the lady ghat drew my sons blood what was going on with my daughter being called back and she hasn’t said anything. She just went to the back and they steady calling people names back. This is the worst location I...
Read moreBeen to other Quest locations and this must be one of the worst I have ever encountered. Pure disregard to any attempt of service and getting what they were paid to do.
Arrived a few minutes early after doing online registration and checking in online to say I am here. You know, the features and tools that Quest invested a lot of money, in order to get people in and out the door and to maximize their dollar. Hence the 10 minute gaps between appointments. There was one lady in front of me and nobody else. She went in and in the space of 35 minutes, all I could hear was joking and laughter from behind the front door and the queue grew to 6 people behind me, including children. Cancelled the appointment and will rebook with another lab branch.
Obviously, the Jones Road branch believed that having a laugh and a giggle was more important than doing what they were paid to do. Service? What a joke. Though I did check on the way out to see if the sign outside said "Quest Labs" and not "Quest...
