Do not shop with these foreign crooks. They have very little regards for people and their property. I bought my boyfriend's chain in, because it had gotten broke at the clasp, and at one of the links. I asked then to replace the clasp, fix the link where it was broken, and add a link for length. No one ever called to say it was done, so I called them to check on it, because I wanted to get some diamonds put in this lion's head he'd purchased. Once I got it I found out they didn't fix the broken link, they removed it and put the chain back together, therefore cheating me or off tri links I paid for, and he was like there's nothing they can do to fix the problem. By that time I had became reluctant about leaving the lion's head.... so I politely told him off, without cursing... and for me that's hard. Gathered my things and went to the shoe store. He called me back and was like, please come back, I feel bad that you're upset. I explained that he cheated me and I wanted nothing to do with him further. He said please I'll do both and give you a good price better than I have before. Oh yeah he had quoted 249.00 to place the diamonds in the medallion. So I kept saying no I didn't wanna deal with them. He finally persuaded me, and I left it. Originally he said 2 days it would be ready. I chose to give him extra time because it was Thanksgiving. Still no one called I had to once again, check on them. Then he tells me it's gonna be 279.00, nonetheless I gave him a piece of my mind and vowed never to deal...

Worse place EVER to buy jewelry!! Been a customer for 25 years. Came in to ask how much if would be to get my ring fixed. Left the ring with them. He called to tell me the ring was $299 to be fixed. I made him aware I could not afford it and I was coming back up there to pick up my ring. When I came back the ring was fixed with out my consent. I was told that the price has been lowered to 198 but I still don't have the money to pay that. So now my ring is being held even though I didn't ask them to fix the ring...
