Iām actually in line here right now. I came to order my food at around 5:15 and waited at the monitor for several minutes for the automated service to come on. I was also on a phone call, when the speaker didnāt come on I asked several times if I could place an order. It wasnāt until the 4th time that the manager came on with an attitude and said because I was on the phone she wouldnāt take my order. I said that nobody came on the speaker and asked yet again if I could place an order, the manager got an attitude and told me that they werenāt taking any more orders for the night. I told her if she had an attitude about working she couldāve picked a different job and she told me drive around to the window. When I got to the window she proceeded to tell me with a horrible attitude that she wasnāt taking my order because I was on the phone. I asked for the owner or the general managers information and she said she didnāt have one and that she didnāt know any information. After 10 minutes of going back and forth she said I was holding up her line and needed to move. Again asking for the owner information or when they would be here she told me a name . I asked her if she could write it down and she claimed there was no paper or pens in the building. This is the same āmanagerā I see several other complaints about and have had issue with in the past about her customer service. Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo rude, went to pick up an order for doordash and got told the order wasnāt there tried to ask them to double check maybe the system, cause I canāt proceed MY WORK if heās not willing to cooperate, got window slammed in my face and the employee started going out thru the back door to hand out orders just to ignore me. Which made 0 sense to me cause he couldāve just been polite and said he double checked, to maybe check thru my end or something(which I did), and the order was definitely placed there. Tried again to get a hold of him thru the window and opened it myself cause I couldnāt get q hold of him any other way. But got it reslammed in face and almost took out my fingers too. Doordash tried to call them themselves and couldnāt reach them. It was just the worst customer service Iāve ever received. Iām still in disbelief. The manager i am referring to is the light skinned man in the red shirt with baby dreads. Unable to hear anything at the speaker due to very heavy rain so i was forced to pull up to window. When i get to the window this gentleman proceeds to tell me that i should have placed my order at the speaker (obviously) and that i need to speak up because there is someone correctly placing their order in the headset and he cant hear me. Well he couldāve had the other person wait, like they made me wait and took my order. He was very rude, condescending, and seemed like he was on a power trip and tried to charge me an additional 50 cents for 1 honey mustard that came with my meal! This man is a walking liability and checkers should not have employees working at their establishment.
