Rudolph's Christmas Trees on Silverado — Attraction in Enterprise

I just purchased my tree this evening. I had a pretty good experience, the older man that helped me was willing to work with me on the price.. the tree I wanted was $250, that was pretty high priced compared to what we normally pay each year for the same size tree. He gave it to me for $215 plus tax. The sign there says free delivery. I told him where I lived and he didn’t mention there was a charge for over 3 miles distance.. he still said free when I said my location. Once the VERY NICE people delivered the tree, he called and tried to charge me a delivery fee of $25! I said absolutely not! I gave the company a $20 tip and that’s all I was going to do! I’m pretty aggravated as he NEVER mentioned a charge if it was over a certain distance. False advertising!! The tree is gorgeous.. over priced, but gorgeous!! We just moved here from Nor Cal where they have the best trees and you don’t always have to spend your whole Christmas budget on a tree. I get it. We came here to check out the trees, the selection, and the pricing. The one guy was super nice, but once we told this other guy our budget of $60-$70 he pretty much laughed in our face and pointed at the Charlie Brown looking tree. I walked away and found other trees that were in our price range that were of more substance. BUT because the way they went about it we left. We bought a tree from here 2 years ago online, sight unseen and had it delivered. It was absolutely beautiful and lasted well through the new year. Pretty bummed with our tree this year. It was beautiful and smelled great for about a week. After a week it was drying out so bad, branches were falling off and no longer smelled.
