Have been going to this Sally’s for years now. And my last two experiences were pretty awful. I had to run in yesterday and grab some supplies. And I had my young daughter with me. I was looking for color remover, and asked one of the associates (I feel that she might have been the manager) if they had any in stock. I was frazzled and said “Excuse me, do you have any Color Oops in stock?” And the associate just looked at me and stated “I have color REMOVER, not Color Oops??” I apologized, and said I meant remover. The associate then walked over and looked at my daughter who was standing next to me and she said “I need her to move so I can get past her.” My daughter (Who is 7, btw) said “Oh I’m sorry. I didn’t realize I was in the way.” The associate rolled her eyes and then just pointed to the Color Remover they had in stock and continued down the aisle. She continued to be rude through out the rest of our transaction. Speaking to me in a matter that indicated she thought I was stupid. Read moreI had scheduled a pick-up order for the Devil’s Ivy Good Dye Young hair dye since it was out of stock at their tamiami trail location, the girls at tamiami called this store and let me know they had this hair dye in stock. After some time passed after ordering, I went ahead and called the store and explained that my boyfriend would pick it up since the store was far from the house and close to his job. Despite me explaining that he had my wallet with the card attached to the order and state ID, and email confirmation, I was told he would just need to say my phone number to them. He gets off early, goes to the sally’s to surprise me that he got it earlier than expected, and they give him trouble. Despite having the email confirmation and state ID, they gave him a hassle and basically treated him like a criminal as if he was going to steal my order. Really unprofessional since I had called just 2 hours before, letting the girl on the phone know it would be him picking it up, not me.

Read moreI had just gotten my hair botched at a salon and I went straight here to get supplies to try to fix it. Everyone here was extremely nice and helpful, once I explained the situation they gave different suggestions and gave a lot of information about the products including how to use it, what to mix what with, how long to let a certain product sit in my hair judging by looking at it themselves and more. They also showed me and gathered together themselves the types of tools I’d need for each product which was amazing and very appreciative considering I don’t know much about hair. They showed so much support and were very understanding and attentive which made me leave feeling such a good feeling in my heart. Although the stuff I picked up didn’t end up working due to my hair itself not taking the product, I still was very very happy with my experience going here and was very grateful for having them help me as much as they did. Definitely recommend coming here for not only hair supplies but also for help with any questions and suggestions about your hair....
